As you can see if you zoom in the bowl in which my mac and cheese was out in was not clean. I was able to scratch the black off the bowl around the mac and cheese. I was given my money back after I was asked about 4 times if they could get me something else. Just kind of lost my appetite after that.

Worst location. Raw uncooked bagel. Screen showed order ready but staff dint give a dam. Hadn’t even started. Took 15 mins of me standing there and several follow ups when they finally got all my 3 items. Bagel was not fully cooked could taste raw dough and had to spit out. They said all bagels in that batch are made same and offered different kind of bagel but again after another long wait. Would try not going here again unless have no other choice.

Update 2/12/2024: Quality has gone downhill. Mac and cheese bowls are barely filled, sandwiches only have 1 slice of meat on them. For the prices they charge, I expect a decent amount of meat on my sandwich and a full bowl or mac or soup. Go to Rockwall instead.
Good location of Panera. Fast, friendly service and the staff are pleasant. My order of macaroni and cheese always comes out correct. Great place to grab a meal and hangout with friends or work on a laptop. Nice outdoor tables, though the the road noise can be loud. Fast WiFi and good food. Decent access from PGBT and Highway 66.

Bar far the worst food I’ve ever had for that price. It tasted worse than a 7-11 premade sandwich. This is now a constant problem with this location. Been 3 times over the last few months and it’s been the same. The lemonade tasted like it was made in a dirty container. The sandwiches tasted like they were made in a dirty microwave. The smell that comes from the window on the drive through smell worse than McDonald’s. I think it’s obvious that management from the local level on up is absolutely failing this location. This is not a norm for Panera Bread. Just a norm for this location.

Waited 20 minutes in drive through and my sandwich did not have lettuce or mustard packets like requested . For $15 and a 20 minute wait the sandwich order should at least be correct! Not the first time they have gotten it wrong!

The staff here were so over the fact that I wanted to get food from the drive thru. They were very obviously annoyed that I was even there. The food I got was not worth the price, I got grilled cheese and tomato soup, the soup was ok, but the grilled cheese was more like microwaved cheese sandwich, not even grilled or toasted, a very sad sandwich. It tasted ok but was definitely not worth the $8. Between the lie of what their grilled cheese was, the prices and the workers attitudes, I don’t think I’ll come back here, some higher up needs to step in and fix this

Got a little cabin fever while working from home, so I headed out to get some lunch and work from a place with a little different scenery.
Deviated from my favorite — Cream of Chicken with Wild Rice soup — and got the Autumn Harvest soup in a bread bowl. I signed up for rewards on their app and got a free pumpkin cookie, too.
Both items were delicious. Seriously, that cookie wasn’t made of cardboard like a lot of places. It was mildly sweet and soft — totally legit.
Service was great, including getting a refund when I was charged for the free cookie. She handled it quickly and with grace.
Comfortable seats are hard to find these days since it seems a lot of places don’t want you working from their establishment. But this was great, I was able to get some things done, and didn’t have to sit on Starbucks’ tree stump chairs, so it was a win-win.
The only thing I’d change is the GIANT spoons they serve the soup with. It was ridiculously large and I almost couldn’t use it. Despite that, I’ll be back again.
Just maybe I’ll bring my own spoon. ♀️
