This Dunkin’ Donuts location was extraordinarily friendly to me this morning. I was the first customer and walked in for a catering order and they made me fresh coffee and did not seem stressed that I put orders in for donuts after first opening. The store was clean and offer us plenty of seating. The large windows are a good place to see downtown Louisville and everything that it contains on the street corner thank you for all of your help. I will be back smiley face.

Had a good experience overall stopping for coffee here on the way to my trade show at the convention center. The iced coffee was delicious and the staff were really friendly. It can get packed before sessions start at the convention center. Decent amount of homeless people surrounding the area as well.

I like Dunkin donuts coffee hot and cold options and food, especially wake up wraps. This visit I experienced cranky staff and not informed that my order could have been part of a deal. I realized this and asked for the deal price which was a bother to the counter staff.

Went in there this morning for the first time. Place is nice and clean. Prices are not too bad. Ordered a couple sausage egg cheese croissants. They were pretty good. They seem to be pretty busy store. I noticed after I left there and waiting for the a lot people were walking past with coffee cups from there. They had me in and out in less than 10. The only reason I am giving them four stars not five the cashier was a foreigner. I was having a little trouble understanding her. Both her and the guy that gave me were friendly.

They could do better. Dunkin is a franchise the staff cant even follow recipes. Serving orders even when ingredients are missing or they have ran out. Pooring drinks without consistency let alone brand standards. This includes management. Try another location.

The worst Dunkin in the world. Long wait times…$6 meal deal, if you get it complete. Walked out today without the coffee…15 minute wait, elbow to elbow with the homeless people sheltering inside…NOT worth it. Turn around and pour my coffee, easiest thing in the world.

I’d rather spend $6 for a coffee than get a meal deal wait time without coffee….but plenty of homeless people…inside and out. Bet they get their coffee!!

this location was fairly crowded at the time i went in, but the workers continued to work quickly to have my order ready in a timely manner! highly recommend this location 🙂

This was a nice clean cafe with cheap prices. Great for on the go snacking or having a relaxing time out. I tried the new Donut Fries which were a good snack with a light cinnamon sugar dusting;would like to have a frosting dip. Also tried the waffle batter chicken tenders, pretty good but not excellent, a mildly sweet crust. Would be better if there was a syrup dip. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Ordered a drink and donut for pick up. My order was ready when I arrived, and the cashier was nice enough to offer me a few extra donuts to go with my order. I’m assuming it was because it was close to closing time. What a very thoughtful gesture. I ordered the strawberry dragon fruit refresher, and it was very tasy. I’d definitely order it again
