The food I received was soaked and drowned by grease it was hot, dripping out the bottom of the burrito dripping everywhere onto the wrapper, and it was a puddle of it in the wrapper by the time I made it home .

We were greeted which was nice my daughter had the chicken tender meal and it didn’t look very tasty…leave the chicken for the others that been making them for a long time lol….it was just not a Del taco thing if you know what I mean. I worked there outta high school and Del taco has it delicious items that they are known for. It was clean enough and really small.

DEPENDABLE and FAST! I used to work close by to this Del Taco and until recently I’ve visited and it’s just as fast! The staff are really calm and they’re hard workers. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean, the guy at the cash register was mopping and taking orders! The Del Taco is pretty busy as it’s the only one in East Hemet, however they manage to roll the food out quickly! I’m a Del Taco loyalist and I can say this is one of the better ones, I had an amazing Chicken Quesadilla and Burrito! The crinkly cut fries are also to die for. Restrooms are available but you need to be buzzed in by an employee first! There’s a few tables, this is a smaller franchise so it’s not for huge groups, however a small group or pair should be fine. A drive-thru is available but it’s very tight.

I ordered chicken soft tacos with no lettuce and extra secret sauce . They charged .30 cents per taco and didn’t give us extra secret sauce ! When I arrived home I called to speak to the manager (Stacy) and she was extremely rude and disrespectful! If your a manager and you speak to a customer like that ??? You forgot the golden rule of customer service “ The customer is always right!” She was yelling and wouldn’t even let me speak ! It’s ok , I will be calling corporate and making a complaint about her and the store service! It’s really simple , if you charge someone extra money , make sure there’s no doubt they get what they pay for ! Stacy needs to go back to school and learn how to speak to customers and be calm and understanding! But that’s why she is where she is ….

Del Tacos all over Southern California are good, but this one holds special memories for me since I grew up in Hemet. I don’t come back to visit very often, but when I do this is one of my favorite spots to grab a Dell Classic chicken burrito or two.

Was a madhouse inside when we arrived BUT ,,,,,,,Becky (mnger) Diego (employee) were awesome today given the situation they had to deal with re: A $20+ Refund for dismissive customer service on 8/31, Delayed response by Regional (1 app cancellation, 2 emails ) on matter, 2 FREE full combos on the books. Despite them being busy Diego handled my info in a politely caring tone, relayed it to Becky whom acknowledged us once she was told, in a matter of 5 mins we had our refund+ verified and entered our 2 Free combos ↦↣ filled our cups & headed home!! ️The staff took a negative situation & turned it around – Great SyÑergy Del Taco !!!

My husband and daughter went through the drive thru taco Tuesday approximately 6:49pm ordered 3 hard tacos no lettuce and 22 soft tacos no lettuce and 2 large fries. When they got home with the dinner we go to start serving up to family and noticed most of the tacos had no meat and no cheese. Also found about a tablespoon worth of hamburger meat thrown all over the bag with the wrapped food. By the time we got done and put together what we had the meat and cheese totaled 8tacos basically we paid for tortillas and hard taco shells and stale fries. Very cold. Ended up making frozen foods for my family. Due to the time I did not call this evening because I know it is taco Tuesday and evening so I will be calling Tomorrow morning. Very disappointing and a waste of money. I have pictures and video.
