They had a baked potato pizza (one of my favorites kinds, that I can never find). Service was great and the atmosphere was enjoyable and not noisy at all. Definitely going to make a trip back.

Very slow service. The crust of the wood fired pizza sampler was lacking the crispness of a wood fired crust. The hot pepper seed lid was filthy. The wings were hot and crispy.

Great experience. We came during the 3 o’clock rush… ha. Had the place to ourselves. The manager wanted on us. Food was amazing. Great wood fired pizza! Definitely a place to visit while stopping in Lexington!

My husband and I ordered one of the sampler pizzas, the pony express and sweet potato fries. Every thing was cold. Not even luke warm but refrigerator cold. The sampler pizza was burnt on the bottom and not just a little. A lot of the pieces I would say were 75% burnt. There were barely even any toppings or sauce on any of the pizzas. The sweet potato fries were so soggy that they tasted like they were microwaved. They also didn’t give me the honey mayo that was suppose to come with them. The pony express pizza tasted like straight charcoal and there probably wasn’t even a quarter of a slice of apple on it. I’ve ate at a lot of restaurants and I rarely leave reviews but this is probably some of the worst food I’ve gotten in a very long time.

Always a great time. The children really enjoy the beer tap wall….. seriously though, great food and great atmosphere

Driving through the area and I stumbled across this gem. Two floors inside, a front patio and a back courtyard was quaintly decorated and ready to serve. They had a growler filling station with “a ton” of beers on tap! I got deep-fried, keg shaped Bacon and Cheese Tators as an appetizer and the Sally Supreme wood fired pizza. All of it felt fresh and tasty, not too heavy at all. Only one server was covering the lunch, but he was cheerful, attentive and got around as fast as he could. Make this an intentional stop if you find yourself in Lexington, VA!

We ordered pizzas to go after a hike and it hit the spot after a long day on the trails. Hubby enjoyed his pepperoni pizza and I enjoyed the Fig & Pig. The only issue is that my pizza wasn’t cut at all. I’m sure it was an oversight. We would go back! Only thing we would order differently is have to pizzas cook a little longer to get a crisper crust and less flour on the bottom. Our shirts were covered in flour . Overall, solid pizzas and we would visit again.

Being the foodie family we are, we each chose one of the places to eat during our road trip last weekend. Our 11-year-old daughter found this one. YUM!
It’s just the type of restaurant John and I like to discover, with menu options unlike what everyone else is serving. I wanted something light so opted for soup and salad but John got Brat pizza with blueberry bourbon sauce base, fresh mozzarella, bratwurst, baked apples, bacon & caramelized onions. I tried a taste and it was delicious. My son had Honey BBQ chicken pizza which I did not try but he loved it.

We had the the spaghetti pizza with regular crust and it was interesting and delicious. Also had a gluten free pepperoni and my son said it was the best he’s had so far. Service was great and I love the pour your own beer bar. Also the fried pickles were crispy and delicious.
