Not much to say. The food was phenomenal. I almost started to lick my plate. The chips for my salsa were so warm and good. The shrimp were a healthy size and plentiful. Overall an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

I had the Al pastor taco plate and the meat was seasoned perfectly. They were very tasty. My dad had the steak and shrimp fajitas and he said they were delicious.

The steak burrito done enchilada style was truly a solid meal! The fact that it was our cheapest meal (possibly the biggest portion too) on the island to date only made it that much better.

Packed with tender pcs of steak that had been thrown with pico de gallo, wrapped and smothered in a molè inspired enchilada sauce!
I will definitely be back here!

We had such a great time at Paco’s Tacos. The staff were absolutely fantastic—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, which made the whole visit feel extra special. The food was amazing, full of flavour and really well prepared, and the prices were surprisingly good for the quality you get.

The restaurant itself has a clean, comfortable atmosphere with a homey feeling that makes you want to stay and enjoy every bite. Overall, a wonderful experience. Even though we weren’t on the island for long, we visited multiple times.

It could have just been what we got but we were highly disappointed. We came looking for fish tacos and they were very bland and lacking the fresh flavor. They had minimal sauce on them and when we requested more due to their lack of flavor, they said we’d each have to be charged. The service was good but slow for us being one of the only parties. Overall, I’d skip it and head to one of the taco food trucks.

The food was great! We tried so many different items from the menu and were happy with each and every one of them! The most unique thing we tried though was the Cactus tacos. They were tangy and full of flavor! It was a great dinner for us!!!

This is going to be a long review due to the negative experience we had. Our family came here for Dinner, we had someone walk down in person to get placed on a waiting list, they told us it would be about 30 minutes and they would call us when ready. After waiting an hour we decided to walk back down and see why it was taking so long. We waited another 15 minutes before we were seated.

We were seated at our table for 10 people, they only had 2 bowls of salsa and 2 baskets of chips for that many people. They told us each refill is $4 for more chips and salsa. ( I have never been to a Mexican Restaurant where they charge for refills)

My fiancé and I ordered two blended margaritas as well as my brother, and my sister’s fiancé ordered a Mai Tai. These drinks took about 30 minutes for us to get them and they hardly had any alcohol to them. His Mai Tai didn’t have any alcohol in it after 4 of us trying it to see if we could taste any, no one could.

When it came to food, we all ordered food and it took them about an hour and a half for them to finally bring out our food and when they did they left out 2 people and they didn’t get their food until everyone had already ate. While we were waiting 3 tables were able to sit down, order and get their food, eat and pay before we were able to.

I ordered the 3 Carne asada tacos, these were good, but not the best I’ve had and they were super over priced. My fiancé ordered the Fajitas they were good, but also over priced. When we went to pay the bill was $84 for the two of us! For just food and one drink.

There was a huge bug dead on the floor by our table, and after 3 employees seeing it the 3rd person just kicked it underneath the other table. And lastly I sliced my toe open on their table and when asked if they had a bandaid they said they didn’t have a first aid kit.

My wife is a huge Mexican fan so we always have to get Mexican food whenever we are on vacation. This place looked really fun from the road and had decent reviews so we decided to check it out. The atmosphere was fun and the outside seating was fantastic. The wait staff were friendly and quick. We got the fish tacos, California burrito, and a chicken burrito. The grilled fish tacos were great but the burritos were a little plain and would probably not order those again. otherwise fun place if you want some Mexican food while in Kapa’a

Food was great. Prices were wonderful for the island. Service was excellent. My only problem was they had a strobing light bulb that gave me a migraine.
