Been going consistently for over 3 years. I love this place, staff are fantastic and serve great drinks. If it’s not on the list just ask. Never had an issue and always enjoy myself. Always best to make up your own mind, so I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself. See you there!

Certain places just make you feel like you belong there, make you feel like you’re part of the fabric of this little part of town. This is what The Bend is to me and my closest friends. A neighborhood joint that belongs to the people of this community. A family man!!You can walk in any day of the week and see a familiar face. Get a great beer have a great conversation with the amazing staff. Lou , Mike . Gabby, Sarah , Hector amazing people all of them. So if you’re ever in this part of Hiakeah or Miami Lakes. Come on down to a place Where everybody knows your name.. See you there every Friday.

I went to the Bend at 2 AM on Saturday the 24th. I used to come here all the time pre-covid (7-10 times).
I got checked by the security guard at the front and he seemed very nice. I proceeded to walk inside and I found a seat at the bar and I sat there. There were some people in there and I definitely wouldn’t say it was dead, but it also wasn’t crazy busy. There was three people working one lady with red shorts and curly hair another lady with blue pants and straight hair and then a short guy. I later seen a taller guy as I was leaving, he was not involved in my experience.
The lady with the straight hair and the guy were on the side I was on they kept walking past and at no point seeing if I wanted anything, I know some bars you have to get the bartenders attention instead of them checking what you want so after 8minutes, I attempted to get the female’s attention a few times for a few minutes and it did not work (she did serve other people during that time and was having conversation with ppl).
Eventually, the lady with curly hair came to my side to make someone on her side’s drink. I asked if I could order a drink and she motioned to give her a minute. She went back to her side, made the person‘s drink, then took some new orders from people and made their drinks and served beers.I waited over 6 minutes. Eventually she came to the side I was on and took the order of the person sitting directly to my right, completely ignoring me. At which point I concluded I was not going to get any service in this establishment and decided to leave after a total of 17 minutes of sitting at the bar and being completely ignored.
I try to self reflect and think if I did something to warrant this treatment but I couldn’t think of anything. The only thing that makes me feel slightly better is there was a guy sitting to my left that had a cup already and he kept trying to get her attention and she seemed to be avoiding him. I’m not sure if everyone was avoiding him for some reason and I was just unlucky for sitting next to him.
I hated the feeling that this experience left me with and I hope no one else has this experience.
The DJ was pretty good, even playing a few minutes of Reggae which surprised me.
I ended up going to the Seminole Classic Casino and got service as soon as I sat down. The DJ was playing R&B and I ended up tipping him he was so good.

If you want an authentic Miami/Hialeah locals place that’s right off the highway and always has parking this is the place! Coming to The Bend is always the best time. From the exceptional staff, to the regulars, to the music… it’s always a good time. Last night I went to a comedy night that was hilarious, but last week I watched a live band perform and also their kareoke nights always hit!

This place is great. Staff is wonderful, drinks are reasonably priced, nice environment to enjoy yourself and meet new people. They schedule events often throughout the week and weekends. If you go to the bend and do not have a good time, you probably are not going to have a good time anywhere…

I can’t believe this hidden gem was in the outskirts of Hialeah. It’s a real cocktail bar servin up some of the best cocktails in Miami located in an unassuming shopping plaza. The store front is not that inviting but as soon as you walk in, the cool dark ambiance and staff are welcoming.
Our bartender Mike whipped out some classic cocktails like Espresso Martini and Manhattan but he also suggested their specialty cocktails which didn’t disappoint. I highly suggest trying the The Clover Cub and Pussers Pain Killer. They were both fabulous. Not to mention, his Old Fashioned was probably the best one I’ve had.
Loved the vibe of this place. Reasonably priced craft cocktails and the music by the live DJ was great. Oh they also have happy hour so it’s a good spot to meet up after work.

Born and raised in hialeah/ miami lakes and now own my businesses in south florida and coming back after a year or so to visit the bend and catch up with my girls, the staff and if what was said is true even management are horrible. We were attended by Ayman since Lou was not available. It was fine in the beginning, he told us he originally is from new york and his background, he seemed mature. We informed him that we are originally from the area and even remember when the bend was Our Place, he came outside to hang with us and chat but then he started offering to hang by his car which was fine since he was sharing about his car being crashed just civil conversations then we exchanged numbers with him and he said he got off at 2 and to stick around, it just got too intense when he kept insisting offering “party favors” and when i gave him an awkward look he proceeded to state that the bar knows he sells and some of the guys even sell it for him so if we even wanted or knew someone that needed to contact him and one of the barbacks can meet you outside and give it to them. Once we hinted to leave he kept insisting he’ll hook us up for free and he knows people in dowtown to get in clubs for free too. If all this is true, its sad someone so grown is working and representing that place like that and even throwing his management under with him saying they allow him to do it and he’s know there for it, he kept going on about how close he is with the owner and the managers and says he networks a lot due to his job there and his daytime one. A lot of my girls know him and apparently thats his pick up line and that he gives mainly girls “party favors” for free and they keep going back to get free drinks too but do better The Bend. You were able to come to this bar alone and grab a drink and feel at home, now even the workers are creeps and management allows it, would of stayed in brickell for that type of night.

Place is Chillen for a drink with some friends. But this is feed back from 6 people that I was with yesterday, the night of 11/1… we all agreed that the dj who was playing last night is potentially the worst dj we have ever heard in the span of our 25 years of life. Absolutely terrible. There isn’t a word to describe the atrocity of sound they were mixing in that place. They were playing bad bunny over hip hop beats… please replace that dj lol.
