This is my go to restaurant when I’m craving traditional Mexican food. They have the absolute best sopes I’ve ever had! Always served hot and fresh. The meats are all tasty too. The chips are on the thicker side and made in house. Salsas are wonderful too. This time I ordered 2 sopes with barbacoa and pastor. Both were outstanding. The masa for the sopes have nopales mixed in too. And you always have to try thatmagic green salsa and the fire red salsa too. What a great and filling lunch for less than $10 menu price.

Service is kind and joyful but laking in comprehension. Meal was tasty. Chips and salsa sub par but of course ate them all.

I witnessed an unfortunate event while I was there. A gentleman was in a super hurry, and she said, did you want anything to eat? He was like, do you have anything ready to go? That’s already cooked and ready? She said oh yes, and then so he ordered tacos that took him 10 minutes to get. When he was on the phone with somebody telling them that he would be there straight away. I was in my car and watched the guy run down the road to get to his appointment That’s what i’m talking about lack of comprehension and when I asked a couple questions.

Recently I visited family members in Frisco and I was highly recommended to this family own restaurant for my craving of MENUDO. I was not disappointed with the results. the only subpar was the salsa which was more of a tabasco liquid and the Aguas Fresca (juices) were good, but a bit excessively sweet in flavor.

Wonderful little place for authentic as it can get Mexican food in the vicinity. A small restaurant with limited capacity but on summers there is an outdoor patio. The salsas were flavorful and there was a spicy one too. Loved the salsa Verde , very close to homemade. We tried the beef burrito and taco al pastor , both were rich in flavors and the al pastor was spicy n good. The service was with love and with a smile. The food is very affordable, unfortunately they ran out of their guacamole which I wanted to taste.very clean place and there is live music on Fridays at the outdoor patio. Surely a ‘will visit again’ place.

Fantastic service on a week night for dinner. Unassuming, simple restaurant with outdoor area impressed us with great customer service, calm and pretty outdoor space and good food with a good price to go along. I would recommend the chile rellano. They stuffed it full of delicious cheese and chicken. Their homemade tortilla chips are delicious and pair well with their salsa. They also brought out two salsas in bottle, green and red. Delicious and you can tell it’s homemade, not from a bucket. Así tried beef fajitas but sadly the beef was very tough- would not order this again. But the service and ambience made up for it and we are eager to return to try other menu items.

The food is authentic. The staff were so polite and very attentive! Bonito gente! I loved everything about this restaurant. They have outdoor seating and good aguas frescas. My husband and I have been looking for an authentic Mexican restaurant and this one does not cut any corners. The salsa is hot and delicious and the service meets expectations. The workers noticeably work hard and they have a smile when doing so. We went during a very busy night and the servers were in good spirits making other tables laugh even with the pressure of customers flooding in. I will be coming here again and recommend this restaurant to anyone who might be thinking of a place to eat.Much appreciation to the owner and manager of this place as you can tell you care about your business.

Food was alright.
The queso was tight
Although it was less like queso and more like fondue
The margaritas could use some help too.
They were sweet which is great,
But if you like alcohol, you might be irate.
I almost walked out when I saw the Fox News,
But we decided to stay in search of new foodz
So if you come here, you will surely eat,
My husband has hobbit feet.

PROs: Excellent authentic Mexican food. Indoor seatings with plenty of outdoor seatings. Clean and organized. Sweet lady was our server, friendly and attentive to us, she also addressed regular customers by their names.
CONs: Parking is hit or miss. We visited after lunch hours on Monday there were a few front parking spots available.

Under $23(with tip) we ordered 1-Tostada del Mar and taco plate.

First time here and the experience is amazing. I is Nopal tacos with chicken and beans platter and it is just so delicious. Service is at its best… we went out as a group and no one has got any a bad comment to say…. We all went in darn hungry and came out darn satisfied. Generous portions and we all loved it…. Definitely going there again and again!
