Stopped at Tortas Rainbow and rolled the dice on a super chicken burritoq after being let down everywhere else so far. I explained to the lady that I have a mental health problem, that I grew up in California and was raised on super burritos. She asked what I put in super burritos and I explained rice beans cheese pico guac sour cream and meat. She said they do everything but the sour cream they don’t have it. I said no prob. 10 bucks with a jarritos out the door. I got home and scarfed it and it was the best burrito I’ve had in 2 years.
I called back and she answered and put me on hold. 5 mins later she picked up and asked me for my order. I replied I already ordered the “California burrito” just now and I got home and it was perfect. I thanked her and let her know if she ever needs a locksmith or a husband to give me a call. She laughed and thanked me for calling back and letting me know it hit home and to come back anytime.
It’s a shame they have to put up with druggies loitering, restroom bums who don’t buy anything and treat it like a public restroom, tip thieves and cheap property managers that don’t maintain the door closers or locks. I would love to see them replace Parasol at the casino gas station shopping center because they were kind and welcoming and the burrito was perfect in every way.

Steak torta, the five star is for friendliness, there was hardly any avocado in the sandwich the steak is cut in tiny little cubes and they have a tendency to come out of the sandwich. It’s a sloppy sandwich, but when you seek your teeth in it…It is very good. Red and green chili that gives it more flavor.

Real new Mexican food. Very good. Taste like homemade. The place isn’t too big, and not ever really busy. Nice quaint restaurant. My favorite thing from here is the drinks. I always order a large “Horchata”. No place else makes a better agua fresca. (Watermelon and Horchata are my 2 favorite. I also love the enchiladas here. The red chili taste and looks like real chili you would make at home. (Hard to find in restaurants) I always stop even for just the drinks, at least once a week. I used to stop every day before school or work with my sister and we would both get drinks and a sweet.

We stopped here for dinner when we were traveling and we really loved this place. The food was delicious. We had a steak burrito and also tortas. The salsas were so fresh and had the best flavor. They had so many options on their menu, so we are definitely looking forward to going back to try more food. Service was also great.
