I know I shouldn’t judge this place after just one visit, but it was bad. We ordered our food and then pulled up to the window and they asked us to go park while they finished getting our food together. So we wait. And then we wait some more, and more, and still no food. I had the be somewhere and I ended up being 10 minutes late because of them. This visit was unacceptable and I will not be coming here again. We asked for our money back so we could just leave and not be late, but apparently they don’t know how to do that. Once we finally got our food, they gave us fries instead of onion rings and the gravy was so thin it had the consistency of water. I am not very happy with this establishment.

I won’t make the mistake of going to this one anymore. I showed up 15 minutes and as I was giving my order was rudely told to hold on. Was absolutely treated like an inconvenience with food shoved in bags, crushed cups and thrown together food you could hardly eat. I also watched them turn customers away before close. When I worked at a restaurant if the owner found out you were turning customers away before close we’d have been fired. I’ll go to the one 154 from now on.

Some days the customer service is better than others. It takes forever to get food most of the time. I ordered a large fry with shredded cheese on it and a large DR Pepper. They made me pull around and wait under the awning for another 10 min when they finally brought out the food

I want to start out with it takes a lot for me to complain. I ordered delivery last night no notice or anything only received a blizzard no chicken strip basket. Store didn’t answer the phone of course after reading the reviews I’m not surprised door dash wouldn’t do anything about it. They claimed they were out of stock truth is they wanted to close early and didn’t want to cook. I called this morning and asked for a manger I was already talking to one Hannah. Hannah was very unprofessional and didn’t care. Tone of voice was low and annoyed. She didn’t know what to do about it and didn’t know why they did it and that she doesn’t know why night shift keeps rejecting customers or canceling , missing items , or closing early and so on. Offered no compensation or anything I had to be firm and insist something needed to be done . I paid 13 for a blizzard in the end. Doordash is no help as usual. After requesting and practically demanding (unfortunately) a chicken strip basket. I went to pick it up. Dirty lobby , unprofessional employees. Cashier was lazy and was just plain rude and so on. When I said I spoke to Hannah she said oh low toned. Handed me the box. I asked if my ranch and gravy were in there she said yeah annoyed. I asked for a bag. Again annoyed . She was wearing clothes out of uniform along with others and crocks and dirty socks. The food burnt chicken strips , tastes like old oil. Fries are miss colored from the oil and full of grease.

We stopped in on our way to Galveston and encountered Jayden, a well mannered young man. He was polite, patient with our young children ordering and even brought us our food while we sat outside. Our food came quickly and was hot and very fresh.
