The food was delicious. The flavors are authentic and traditional. There are some American dishes like beef and broccoli, orange chicken, and sesame chicken. It is a family owned business so you already know the customer service is amazing. We went with a couple of their recommendations and I would recommend them all, see pictures with names. My absolute favorite was the Crispy Chili Pepper Chicken Palm Poppers.
The place is clean, calm setting, easy to find parking and they also serve boba drinks.

All these one-star reviewers must have bumped their heads because this is one of the most delicious and authentic Sichuan-style restaurants I’ve ever been to in the US. I am from the Sichuan province so I’d say my standards are fairly high. We ordered several dishes, including the cold noodles, spicy stir fried pork belly, beef with spicy peppers, green beans, and shredded potato. Everything tasted amazing and the service was equally exceptional. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!

This newly recommended dish is quite creative. The oil-fried chili peppers are coated with sesame seeds and look very spicy, but they’re actually mild, crispy, and full of pure aroma. A very unique flavor.

This place is straight up !! As someone who has been to Sichuan, and is an avid spicy mala food lover, this place has the best Sichuan food I’ve had in the USA. It’s a well kept secret in PA of all places! I’ve been to Chengdu23, Tasty Moment, Spicy Chef in NJ but they don’t compare. My favorite is the Laziji chicken. Jay is also the man. BYOB so bring that baijiu or cold beers for the journey to flavortown

Bamboo has been a regular spot for my brother and I for the past year or so and we’ve always enjoyed it. The food was fantastic and it is very flavorful and authentic. The overall dining experience is always great, and our server today was exceptional. He was super nice and he enjoyed talking with my family. 10/10, would recommend any day if you want authentic Szechuan cuisine to dine in.

This was our second time dining here, and the experience was just as amazing as the first. The Sichuan food is incredibly authentic, and we even had the chance to try some off-menu dishes, which were truly impressive.
What sets this restaurant apart, beyond the delicious food, is the kindness and generosity of the owner and staff. During our visit, my husband lost his wallet in the parking lot. The owner and every employee went above and beyond to help us search for it. They even called us after their long day of work to check if we had found it. Although we weren’t able to recover the wallet and suspect someone else might have picked it up, their compassion and thoughtfulness left a deep impression on us.
It’s clear that good people make great food. Even though we live an hour away, we’ve decided this will be our go-to restaurant every time we’re in the KOP area. Thank you to the entire team for your incredible kindness and hospitality!

Absolutely the best and most authentic sichuan food around here. Price is on the expensive side, but they give appropriate portions and the food is top notch, high quality. Been here plenty of times and have not once been disappointed. If you are not afraid of spice, i recommend the cumin lamb and quick fried spicy fish. I promise you those dishes will have you drooling.
The service is incredibly quick and efficient. I haven’t had any issues in my 4-5 times there. Our recent waiter was also a great guy. I wish the best for this business—it’s been around a long time, and I hope it continues to thrive for many more years.
