Waited 20mins in a four car line up(ordered off the app and gave them enough time so it would be ready) 15minutes later there were three girls in the front just standing there for like 5 minutes talking when I finally got to the window, and I got my food and it was cold… they gave me 2 free taco coupons that 100% doesnt make up for the time or the cold food they sold me. I’d be more considerate if there wasn’t 3 girls standing in the front talking while my food got cold…

It is so ridiculous at this Taco Bell. I came in to order food, but I had to use the restroom due to medical conditions first they refused to let me into the restroom until after I had ordered food. I did not have time to order food luckily there was another customer there who had ordered food and gave me the code. Do not use this place. I ask you to boycott it until they change their policy and can use their own discretion whether that let somebody use it or not.

Had to pay 3 dollars to go to the bathroom. lol would not even let me use the bathroom before getting something to eat. This is the worst service I have ever seen! This is why I would NEVER eat at any Taco Bell EVER!!! Do better. Be a human. Sad customer services here!

I just went to the Taco Bell at Oracle and Ina. I placed a takeout order with an employee inside the restaurant. When my order was ready, it wasn’t prepared for a takeout. I told the woman I needed it to go. She had quite the attitude. She prepared it for me—I said thank you. I was greeted with silence. I said thank you again. More silence. I said thank you a third time and she gave me the death stare as she mouthed you’re welcome. Wow. Won’t be coming back. There are lots of options for food in this area. Rudeness is not okay. Straighten out your short chubby female employee who wears glasses, Taco Bell.

2022 update: So I went for my “early” Pizza that they finally brought back. Even ordered it with “extra” meat. Yah, right. This place still sucks soo bad with the skimp. New photo added at end. $5.69 for that!
This place takes “skimp” to a whole new level! Did I actually even get anything but a tortilla? I can’t tell. And don’t even bother cutting the Pizza! So freaking lame! Taco Bell is nostalgia to me. They used to be a really good, really inexpensive fast food place.Now they’re overpriced and plain and simple, SUCK! Why would I go here? There are sooo many better places to go for the price! This place is in self-destruct mode.

Food was good. I asked if everything was in the bag in the drive-thru and was told yes, thankfully I still checked as I pulled around the building because something was missing. I parked and went inside for it. Employees apologized, no biggie!
The vegan cheese is surprisingly delicious and their black bean chalupa and fiesta vegetarian burrito are yummy as well!

i placed a pickup order 20 minutes before we got there and then proceeded to sit in the drive through for another 10 minutes as cars show up behind us. no communication at the window about the status and when we got the food it was very messily put together and one of the crunchwraps tasted almost stale. i normally love this location but tonight kinda sucked especially when there was little to no one in the drive through. i dont know what happened but even the people at the window were kinda rude 🙁

Drive through: not getting what was paid for multiple times; not often do we eat here but when we do its a common mistake, not getting the order correct is also a reoccurring mistake ; having to double check the order is not my job but a shame it has to be. If it’s fast but not accurate does it matter how fast¿.. pathetic.
