It’s pretty typical as dunkins go. You know the coffee and donuts already if you’ve been to one. Plenty of parking, including easy access for bigger vehicles. Lines can be long or short depending on the day. They usually do their best.

The wait at this Dunkin is always so insanely long even when you order ahead which I have to do because of I order at the window it’s always wrong. Spent 15 minutes in line today to get my loaded hash and coffee. Mocha all sitting at the bottom 2 inches thick. And my loaded hash browns which were supposed to have extra queso on them and I swear there wasn’t even a full teaspoon worth on it

This location needs to improve on their customer service training. The young women behind the counter thought it was appropriate to criticize someone’s order and their ignorance as they were standing in front of her.

Messed up our order, giving us one wrong sandwich and only corrected it after multiple requests. The bacon sandwich we got had the tiniest three pieces of bacon I’ve ever seen-each was about 2 inches long. When I asked about it, the guy said that was the standard amount. Unbelievable. Skip this store and go to a different one.

honestly there are no stars for how horrible this location is. first of all at the drive-through, nobody greets you you wait five minutes and then you finally have to say hello and then somebody gets on and says I’ll be right with you then you proceed to wait for another five almost 10 minutes then by the time you get your order, they have an attitude and most of the time the coffee has been burnt. The bagels have been stale. I definitely won’t be back to this location.

Wow. How the (I struggle to call her anything resembling decent or nice) “lady” behind the mobile pickups counter making the sandwiches/orders has a job is beyond me. Just being belligerently loud and ranting about shutting the door and locking it. “She did door dash in the past, has common sense.” Oh yeah? Seems like you don’t have that “common sense” job anymore, can’t imagine you have that much. I’ve worked in restaurant’s and fast food. Quit if you can’t hack it. Yeesh, just an embarrassing person to even witness in the human-race.
Just going on a tirade the whole time I’m standing there patiently waiting 10 mins for orders to finish. Then when they’re done, they sit there for another 2-3 mins before I get fed up and have to ask if those are ready or not. The other Einstein’s behind the counter aren’t breaking any records in customer service either. Literally the worst run operation I have to deal with on door dash in this area by far, PERIOD.

The lady messed up my order and denied to correct my order even after asking twice. The avocado tasted rotten and less cheese in my loaded hash browns. I went for a quick stop but ruined my stop.
