I would describe my experience as satisfied. The service was pleasant and timely. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and added lettuce and tomato. The sandwich has a unique flavor, the bread is delicious and it’s served at a great temperature. So sorry I can not say the same about the fries. I’m sure that when their oil is clean the fries are delicious, because they look so good on other reviews. Unfortunately my fries were crummy, oily and soggy 🙁 Because the sandwich was so good I will definitely go back, and will give the fries another chance but I will make sure to check my order before I walk out to avoid crummy soggy fries

Love how this Penn station here on the rock road closes at 10 o’clock and is telling people they are closing at the inside at 9 that way, they don’t have to clean up anything extrathey’re probably rude. I visited Penn Station a couple of days ago and placed a custom order. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues during my visit. It was around 9:30 PM, and the store was scheduled to close at 10:30 PM. However, the staff seemed unwilling to assist customers at that time and told them were closing, despite it being an hour before closing time.
When I requested more ranch, I was ignored multiple times and had to ask three times before receiving a response. Additionally, the ranch I was eventually given tasted old. I ended up feeling unwell the next day and even became sick.
I’m bringing this to your attention not to complain, but in the hopes that it can help improve customer service and food quality moving forward. Thank you for your time.

I called in an order so it would be ready when I got to the store. They told me 10-15 minutes and it would be ready, I get to the store at the 10 minute mark and they haven’t even started cooking my order yet. The young man making my food was very deep into an conversation it seemed to start my order when I called. If I wanted to wait for my food I would have simply walked in and placed my order, not called ahead so it would have been ready or almost ready when I got to the store to pick it up. And keep in mind there was no one else in the store ordering or waiting for food.

We were in the area and we stopped in. The dining area was spotless! The workers were so friendly and even helped recommend a new sub to try! The food was absolutely delicious! I have a Penn station closer to my house but I can see myself driving a bit out of the way for the experience of this St. Charles Rock Road location! Not to mention the music selection was also great!

Clean lobby Bernard is amazing on the grill but it was hot really hot and they said the ac was out at the time and then than that great place to go get fresh hot food
