Extremely welcoming people. Important to a small town. To prevent not getting due to them running out, I ordered a day ahead of time.
Ribs were cooked to where they came off the bone, but didn’t fall right off like mush. The way I like. Brisket had good, flavorful fat. Both were very good, could’ve been a tad more moist though. Everything cooked without sauce, which is good. That slaw! Very good. Maybe a red whine vinegar? Potato salad was on point. I believe it had some dill in it. The beans were awesome. Cross between chili an baked beans. Had 3 different beans in it. Sausage was good, but I myself prefer a more Cajun andouille. Very tasty though. Favorite sauces were the Alabama an mustard. I do wish they had a Carolina. I did go all out to get a taste of the new place. The prices though would prevent me from going too often. The sides aren’t that big an are $2bucks. I know it takes x amount of time an money to run a business. Just saying I feel price point is a TAD high. Those few items are the 4 vs. 5 stars. I will recommend. Thanks vine street.

We got the the three meat diner with two sides and got an extra side. Ribs, Chicken, Pulled Pork with Mac and cheese, Baked Beans, and Potato Salad. The meat is gently seasoned allowing the flavor of the meat to come through. It was all tender, juicy, and served at just the right temperature.

Best place to park is in the lot right behind the building.
Ordering is around front. There is no indoor seating although there is outdoor seating with plenty of shade (umbrellas and tree). Nice little self service area with some wet wipes and extra utensils and garbage can.
I ordered the ribs and sausage. Both were excellent. Ribs are with a rub not sauced which I prefer. Mac and cheese side is tasty as well as the potato salad. Although the potato salad is unusual I enjoyed it. It almost tasted like a salsa based instead of the traditional mayo or mustard base. Very flavorful.
I look forward to going back and trying the other meats and sides!

If you’re looking for BBQ, look no further, this is what you want from a BBQ spot.
Good prices: (2 meats/2 sides/2 sauces $18)
I got brisket and pulled pork.
Brisket is moist, melts in your mouth, good bark, great flavor from the rub.
Pulled pork doesn’t even need sauce. Tender, Great flavor from the pork/rub itself, good smoke, good stuff.
If you do want sauce, (I got spicy) it’s not bad, not the best but good, that being said the meat doesn’t even need it. So take it or leave it.
Overall, definitely recommend eating here.

Incredible little BBQ spot! The entire staff was friendly and asked us how our meal was, what we liked, and what we ordered. We came a bit late in the afternoon so options were limited but the sausage and turkey were both incredible. Everything is homemade, the cornbread is so uniquely done and DELICIOUS. Overall every single bite was excellent and this place is worth a visit. Can’t wait to come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful lunch with my grandkids and family. everybody ate!!! amazing!!! Flavour on the Turkey breast, the brisket, pulled pork, and sausage was so good!!! The kids loved the macaroni and cheese, Which was wonderful and creamy! The jalapeno bacon cheddar cornbread was light and fluffy and so good!!! I highly recommend this place for all your family gatherings. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was wonderful to be treated like family!! The picnic tables outside are perfect way to sit, relax and enjoy! I cannot say enough good things!!

Wow – already can’t wait to go back. Just tried a pulled pork sandwich for lunch and it is, by far, the best pulled pork I have had in years. The meat is moist, not overly fatty and has lots of flavor even without the sauce. The spicy BBQ sauce was a great addition to the sandwich with a nice bit of heat. Came with small side of slaw (really good!) and some potato salad, which will hit the spot for those who like dill. Top it off with a homemade cookie that was amazing and already thinking about the next time I can get there. Hope they start delivering to Bloomington!!

Great local barbecue; hope it sticks around for a long time. Outside eating, but always nice and clean. Park in lot behind the building. Brisket on Fridays is awesome. Three meat plate will feed two hungry adults. Friendly, quick service. We come here almost every week and haven’t been disappointed yet.

We were out, starving. Found this place and drove over from Spencer. It was worth the drive. Ribs, Brisket, Pulled pork. Cheesy potatoes. Blueberry Cream cookies. All delish. The Alabama white sauce is incredible. So are the standard sauces. The beans are a bit different, I loved them. Worth the drive!

I had the Portabella and my husband had pulled pork.We had sides of Mac and cheese and baked beans.The corn muffins were so good I could of ate 3 of them
Very fast service, friendly staff and reasonable prices.
There’s a few outside seats but we took ours to go.
This will be a return visit for sure.
