Seems like this Arby’s is under new management, at least at night! Came here multiple times in the past and lights were off & closed or when they were open the old manager was rude, food was old and stale and very displeasing. NOW they’re actually open, food is HOT and FRESH, not just sitting under a warmer for hours, service was great, staff was friendly and happy to help customers!!! I greatly encourage anybody who has had a bad experience here in the past to give this location another try!!!!
After eating update, all the food was hot, fresh, the buns were soft and not stale, the meat was actually juicy and not dry! The mozzarella sticks were actually fresh, not old and stale and hard! Fries were fresh as well! All around great expirence, will be getting food from here again in the future! This is the kind of service I remember providing to people when I worked at Arby’s almost 10 years ago when I was 18! Thank you for the great turn around, much respect!

So, this is my second visit to this location. On my first visit I received cold food and a cup of syrup because they couldn’t figure out how to make their soda machine work. So I drank my cup of syrup and ate my cold food in a dining room that couldn’t have been any warmer than 60°. This experience was disappointing to say the least. Against my better judgment, I decided to give it another shot rolled up and was informed that they cannot serve any roast beef. Because apparently the equipment that they have to prepare the main food item that they offer is not functioning.

All the lights completely off at this location. By doing this, these two employees were hoping to keep people from coming in the drive thru. Imagine trying to own a business and having employees that make you lose business because of laziness.
The owner refuses to take action and actually address these concerns! They must not like making money and holding there employees accountable.

Can’t rave about this location enough. I work across the street and every single time I come in they’re consistent, friendly, and clean. I am grateful for the hard working dedicated staff that works here and continues to show up every single day. Great job team!

Ordered the half pound roast beef and it was light as hell. I had previously gotten the same thing the day before (from the same location) but it wasn’t a half pound and that one felt light too. Plus, the manager lady there, she definitely doesn’t seem too happy to be working there considering how frustrated she seemed at me for even wanting to make an order in the first place. Constantly sighing heavily when I asked questions and she just has a very rude demeanor, like if you dont like working fast food then why the heck are you working there? If you actually give a crap about your customers then you’ll get more business. No wonder Arbys seems to be dead all the time man, because of people like her. Also, there’s a sign by the front counter that says employees are required to have either a hat or hair net on and only one person had his hat on. Not a single person was wearing gloves whenever I seen them making my food. Definitely not coming back to this location, that’s alright though, since I’ve seen numerous comments about them closing early or trying to look like the store is down. You guys must not want business

Bro idk what happened, but I guess everyone took the day off today? Or they walked out? The guy working the drive thru at 12:30pm said they didnt have roast beef and that he was doing 4 jobs and came from a different store. Either management needs to look at this or corporate needs to get involved.

Warning: I ordered a Half pound Roast Beef Sandwich. I’ve gone to this restaurant many times. Their was a new manager I haven’t met, the other employee who served me knew who I was. I asked for no salt on my fries, the manager shook his head and mumbled about me asking for that. I even approached him and apologized for the inconvenience. He totally ignored me. I purchased the half pound roast beef sandwich meal large fries, it was very light. I weighed it and it was 5.0 ounces. I went back to tell them I ordered half pound and this was not. The manager argued with the employee. I even said if I didn’t order it in error, could I get one. They added one ounce and charged me $6.19 for it. I weighed it again it was 6 ounces. It’s 8 ounces for a half a pound! I’ve always haf a great experience there accept for today! I’m letting you all know that some of these fast food joints are not giving you what you pay for! I don’t normally eat fast food, but I’m never going back. That manager shouldn’t be one. All I wanted is what was advertised half pound! Smh.

These fast food restaurants are really beginning to look upscale. The place looked clean and oddly comfy, and the workers are nice and friendly. Funny enough an employee from Carl’s Jr came in to buy some food. But In the end it’s still a fast food restaurant.

The manager that was filling in at the store on 10/28 at 12:30 is rude and has no business dealing with customers he refused to take a coupon that I had texted to me from the Arbys.The normal manager It’s very helpful and very nice that’s why I go to this location quite often but after the rude behavior of this temporary manager I will never be going back and I will let all my friends and co-workers know what a jerk he was and boycot this location.
