I went to this Burger King and a new girl was serving me and she was nice. On accident I ordered a HiC drink for my meal instead of a milkshake so I asked this guy named Angel which appeared to be the supervisor on shift if he can please refund my meal and give me a vanilla milkshake instead. He gave me a very hard time when it came to regundung my meal to fix my drink for no reason he kept telling the new girl he can’t do it because it is to late. My food was already prepped all I wanted was the milkshake instead . The guy ended up refunding my meal and told me I have to drive all the way around again and wait in line because there was a car behind me mind you my food was already prepared and the girl was already working on my shake. The girl said sorry on his behalf because she was trying to accommodate me but the supervisor was being so rude. I will not be going back to this Burger King again. A simple fix leaf to me having to drive all the way around waiting and my food was already prepared. The guy himself told me my food was already prepped and the bag for my food was on the table. He just wanted me to go all the way around and wait. And he was so incredibly rude when i politely just asked him to change my drink knowing I would have to pay extra.

No wonder BK is going down worse service at this Stoughton location especially, small guy with pony tail that little boy has some serious issues. He wanted the coupon I said I don’t have it I said how much without the coupon no you have to give the coupon. Never go to this place instead I went to McDonald for my 6 year old instead.

Overall a good experience here with good customer service. It was a clean store. It took a bit of time. The food was average BK fast food. The fries are always a good go to item.

I waited 10 minutes at the drive-up speaker without any communication at all. Started the order, and halfway through the order I was told to hold on. I waited another 5 minutes for the person to come back and finish taking my order. Then when I got to the window, the person rudely said $40-something and when I asked about the price, she was very rude saying, “Well you ordered a lot of food.” Is that customer service? She should have just confirmed my order. I was worried that she had someone else’s order up. I only ordered two meals and 2 whopper jr.’s so it was surprising to me that total was about $15 per person…Is that not excessive for a fast-food place???? In addition, I didn’t think there was a lot of food for 3 people. Not to mention, it was just a rude comment. Not something you say, she could have easily confirmed my order. The supervisor came over and I was just sitting at the window for another 15 minutes. They never told me there was a problem. I finally asked what the problem was and the supervisor told me my card was stuck ‘in processing’ and I asked if she could use a different register to process the transaction and she didn’t. Then I asked if that was my food sitting there for 15 minutes, and she just shrugged her shoulders. I said, “Do you think that’s appropriate that my food has been sitting there for 15 minutes getting soggy because BK is having a technical issue?” Again, she shrugged her shoulders, not caring at all. I offered several solutions, and she came up with ZERO solutions other than to STARE at the frozen screen. After 20 minutes of waiting in Drive up, I gave her the drinks back and told her to give me a paper saying that I hadn’t received the food, since I was leaving. She refused, saying there was no paper, and I even suggested to her to go to the office or use a BK bag to write it on. She asked for my phone to take a picture of the screen that said ‘CC processing’. ANY OTHER MANAGER IN THE WORLD would have restarted the register, used a different register or given us the food for free. It was BK’s error, not mine. So, I was there short of an hour, no food, and my Credit card was charged which I’ll have to dispute now. Lastly, I tried to put in a complaint on their website, and you can’t without a receipt. First off, in the age of technology, who has a receipt?? And secondly, a person should be able to put in a complaint without a receipt. My complaint is legit yet I cant put in a complaint because I don’t have a receipt.

How about an original chicken sandwich? Yum! But would you like chicken with that? No, why would you? I just LOVE plain old breading without any meat in it. If you do as well, head out to this Burger King in Stoughton, where they do breading right! (Worst part was how they ALL just repeated that it wasn’t their fault and refused to do anything to fix it. Takes 45 seconds to just heat up another patty. I’m sure corporate, or the franchise owner, would agree.)

Omg no. I walked into the restaurant and the menu Boards were blue . They had no spicy nuggets. Instead of the modern soda machines they have the same tired soda machines from 1987. The inside was nice but come on. This is a brand new restaurant on the same strip as Sonic, KFC/Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Papa Gino’s, Dunkin’s, Subway, Wendy’s and everything else and this is the best they can do??? NO NO NO!!!!!

Spent over $50. Specifically asked for a whopper jr meal, but I said the wrong combo #. I didn’t realize I did that at the time. Wouldn’t the worker ask which I wanted? The whopper jr combo or the combo # I mistakenly ordered! NOPE! Then I left, got home and realized it was the wrong order with Bacon, which I allergic to. I also spent more for the wrong combo #. Then I went back, saw the same worker and told her that it was the wrong order and I’m allergic to bacon and I asked for the whopper jr. she told me because I said the combo # that’s what she gave me. I said okay, but I also said I wanted a whopper jr. she made me pay for the whopper jr. Not to mention she was extremely rude the whole time. I will be contacting cooperate! Not acceptable!

No matter what it is impossible for them to comprehend ketchup only. Every single time I have come here my order has been wrong and the workers here are the rudest. They give you attitude when you ask them to correct their mistake. The boy with the long curly hair is especially nasty. Avoid this one as much as possible.
