This is an adorable bakery run as a side hustle. The options rotate, but the cookie dough brownie is my favorite! The cinnamon roll and lemon raspberry cake were also spectacular. A quaint gem in the middle of beautiful Montana! Such a cute place! We got some sweet breads, cookies, tshirts (and a requisite sticker). Everything was so absolutely fantastic. Truly a must stop if you’re in the area. Scones, breads, cakes, chicken themed gifts…a lot for a small artfully themed portable shed but it doesn’t feel crowded. There are two entrances that accommodate a trailer without turning around. Plenty of payment options inside like Venmo if you don’t happen to have cash.

We are visiting the Bitterroot area on vacation for the week and I have already been there twice. The convenience of the Hut is great and the selections are ever changing as we have learned! So far we have tried three kinds of cookies, two cakes, 2 flavors of scones, a PB pie slice and cinnamon rolls and they have all been amazing! Honestly, we will definitely be stopping in at least once, if not twice, before we head for home at the start of next week. There are fairly regular updates on the FB page when a restock happens and it appears many see the posts and run to the Hut to get their favorites!

This is a wonderful hidden gem in the Bitterroot valley. A friend recommended this to us, and we were blown away: a cute but unassuming little shed with world-class baked goods stocked inside. The cakes were the highlight, especially the toffee cake, but the scones, cookies, and cake pops were delicious as well. In addition to being scrumptious, the Fluffy Butt Hut Bakery is run by a lovely family. The shed is open 24/7, so it’s perfect (and dangerous) for late night snacking.

My husband and I stopped by here on a whim on our way back from a trip, and this place is amazing! Just a mile off the road, it was super convenient. We happened to run into the owner/baker, and she is so sweet! The food is absolutely delicious and very fairly priced. We will definitely be back on our next trip through the area!

Most adorable, off-the-beaten path bakery I have EVER been to. And the treats are delicious. We got there later in the afternoon, but were able to grab a maple-bacon and a lemon-lavender scone and a pumpkin spice cake. I wished we grabbed more as we were visiting from out-of-state and heard about Fluffy Butt from a sales person at the Crystal Compass in Hamilton. Highly recommend!
