Called today and I asked the girl if they had chicken soup she said yes and that she would give me the order. I patiently waited for my food and it was delivered to the baptist organization next door, she brought my food but when I checked it it wasn’t not chicken soup it was another type of sea food soup. I called the store telling them it must be a mistake, the girl said that she girl but have misunderstood me and gave me that but they did not have chicken soup. I asked for a refund or an exchange since my lunch was coming up, the girl said “I’m sorry we can’t but we can bring you something else you are just gonna have to pay for it” I already paid for a soup I don’t want for 8 dollars and it was a soup I didn’t want and didn’t ask for the girl said “I’m sorry but that’s not our fault” how is that not your fault the lady didn’t hear me! Coming from someone that doesn’t order from them they should have paid attention instead of talking in the background while talking my order and if it was something they couldn’t do they should have told me!! I ended up calling Tinajita’s another restaurant next door! They are actually. Better and more polite. Call there instead before ordering from these people again. I work for a company that you make a lot of money for during lunch hour Monday through Friday. Next time tell your employee to listen so that you won’t have to steal people’s money. I’m gonna spread the word.
