We’ve been to this same place in SJ before and the kids liked it. Last time we ordered a small and it wasn’t enough, so we ordered a large from this location expecting a proper portion.
Unfortunately, the large had barely any tofu and the container was filled almost entirely with steamed rice. The portion felt very unbalanced and not worth the price difference.
It seems like this location may be prioritizing cost over consistency and quality. Based on this experience, management may need to take a closer look at portion control.

The restaurant was clean and a nice atmosphere. The food was fresh and pretty good. Nothing too special but a solid meal in a large portion size. I ordered the large spicy teriyaki chicken with white rice (spicy taste of sriracha so nothing special or unique). I used a decent amount of teriyaki sauce to make it better. Satisfied but not impressed. My dad ordered the chicken teriyaki with brown rice and thought the same, good but nothing special.

Food was disgusting. Didn’t enjoy anything. Was hoping the potstickers would at least be good, but they were gross too. Avoid wasting your money. Disappointed I spent $30 to not eat even half of it. A homeless person would be disappointed if I gave this to them.
