I USED TO LOVE Bagel Rack but the last 4 times I ordered from there the quality has drastically changed over the course of a few months. Every time I try to eat a bagel with onions in it the onion WILL NOT BREAK as if they’re old! It truly grosses me out to the point that I will be going from loyal customer to never spending another penny at this place. If they’re going to charge ridiculous prices for their food, the least they could do is provide GOOD QUALITY food.. not old food. I also had ordered a 6 pack of assorted bagels from this place through my kid’s school fundraiser and even those bagels sucked! I suggest you SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to McDonald’s because that’s the level of quality they’re serving here anyway..

I tried ordering online but it wasn’t available so went and sat in the drive thru.
I ordered a bagel, bfast sandwich, 3 hash browns, a smoothie and a frappe. Was given 2 bags which are always stapled shut and a frappe. Had to ask for my smoothie. While waiting, I tore open and checked the bags. When I was handed my smoothie, I had to ask for the hash browns too that weren’t included in my bags. While the guy working the window was pleasant, why are people not checking orders for accuracy? We order from here pretty often but always have to check our order for accuracy. Also, if charging gourmet prices, at least don’t skimp on filling the drinks!

The Bagel rack has amazing sandwiches. Recently I ordered the Turkey bacon avocado and ranch…amazing. I cant recommend a bagel as everyone i have tried is so good. The pretzel bagels and egg bagels are amazing as are the plain bagels.

i consider myself a bagel connoisseur! my folks were from Brooklyn and i was raised on NY deli bagels… As for the locally available options, these are just “ok”!! Bagels from Fresh Donut at 12th & Cumberland are superior. Followed by those offered by Giant (in their bakery dept.). Also, their price board on the wall has old (and misleading) prices, compared to the on-line listings. Not an honest way to do business!! The bagels seemed “old” (i bought them at 10am).
Their spreads are over-priced and seemingly use a less-than-tasteful variety of cream cheese (a grocery store brand has more flavor). Not impressed and not going back!

We love using The Bagel Rack for our team fundraisers. We always raise a lot of money and the staff at pick up is wonderful. I love their pretzel bagels. The cream cheese is so fresh it spreads like magic on the bagels. As soon as I advertise that we are having the fund raiser, so many people order and are excited to get the products.

Acai Bowl was pulled from a freezer with toppings. Literally frozen solid and tastes like -if I could even stomach more than one bite-I’d get a cavity. Playa bowls in Hershey are my go to for an upset stomach, but even one bite of this wouldn’t stay in me.

The Worst Dining Experience In My Life
Came in on a cold day with my octogenarian friend. Huge empty open lobby, with two chairs in the corner. We are cold and tired, having walked over from the car dealership.
We ask if we can sit inside, it’s too cold to sit outside. They say no.
We ask “what about those two chairs?” They say no.
My elderly friend has to stand, getting more tired, hoping for some rest that will not come because the chairs are “for employees only”. The staff is brutal and uncaring.
I have never been in a restaurant that hates it’s customers so much.
The girl the counter spoke in a whisper while the radio blared, she didn’t know what “Pork Roll” was despite it being all over the menu. She asked if I wanted the sandwich hot, I said yes, it came out cold.
The worst breakfast place ever. Just garbage and actively hateful towards the elderly.

Usually a frequent visitor at bagel rack but they are absolutely terrible at getting an order correct but will happily charge the extra money for what you ask for. I always get the same order; plain bagel with sausage, bacon , hash brown , cheese , and egg as you can see I ordered, but ONCE AGAIN as displayed in the photo of my sandwich they complete forgot my sausage on a SAUSAGE SANDWICH! Other times I have been there they are constantly forgetting my bacon on my sandwich but will once again happily charge the extra $2.00 or $3.00 for it. The people at the register/ window take my order down correctly, but the lady who is preparing the sandwiches needs to slow down and make sure they are doing their job correctly.

I had their biggest breakfast bagel sandwich on an everything egg bagel with an ice coffee including almond milk and coconut flavor delivered to the home. Everything great.

This place is my new favorite bagel shop! I was impressed with the variety of bagels and cream cheeses for sale! The baked oatmeal looked good as well. They also sell bagel breakfast sandwiches with bacon, sausage, pork roll, egg, cheese, etc. There was a nice selection of drink choices and hot coffee. They even have a large selection of bagel sandwiches for lunch with soups and salads too.
I liked how they have the place decorated and adequate tables for those who want to eat in.
The staff was super friendly, cheerful, helpful and my order was quickly served up. I love that they have a drive thru option for those who are in a hurry.
I will definitely be back again…and again.
