Panera has declined with their food….The food was great before, I had no complaints. Lately, the last handful of times I went the cheddar broccoli soup has been the consistency of water and flavorless! where before it was creamy and flavorful! The half salads I can fit in the palm of my hand and barely any chicken! Never going back, they have lost me as a customer.

I figure I’d call it in on the way…… well great In theory. Didn’t work in practice because read my CC off wrong, leading to me getting there in person flustered and with a HUGE order (11 persons).
– This Panera team didn’t hesitate to simply execute. Got me my food for the lunch less than 10 min off of my timeline.
-This feat was beyond impressive for me, genuine Thank you!!
– Food was made FAST and Tasty, but beyond that the staff were kind and didn’t match my chaotic energy they stepped up in a big way!

Salads are terrible. I went here twice in the past few months. Both times, a large percentage of the leaves in the salad were rotten. This is a health hazard. They should not be serving decaying lettuce to people. I will no longer go here.

For $15 dollars, I expect more than 6 bites to my sandwich size, soup and 5 chips in a kid sized bag for my pick 2. Waiting way too long for it only to be passed over by someone who ordered after me, then my to go bag shoved in direction by someone who apparently doesn’t care for her job. I’m less than impressed with this particular location, where you get over priced and undeserved.

I recently got married and didn’t know what I would do for the morning of for all the girls and the guys in our bridal party and then also for lunchtime. My wedding was in Branford Connecticut and I live in Wallingford so I went to the Wallingford Panera one day just to get pricing, and the gentleman that was behind the counter, helped me and connected me with the catering Manager. I then made an order, where they helped me customize what I wanted, and then when it came to the morning of our wedding just as they promised everything was delivered perfectly and on time. The food quality was absolutely amazing as always. I highly recommend if you ever need catering or delivery services to go to Wallingford Connecticut Panera because they are absolutely on point and easy to work with. Thank you again.

I’ve eaten many times at this restaurant; it is always clean and their food is delicious. It is a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for and it is very healthy for you too. Their food is always filling and I have never left feeling hungry.

Around 10am this morning at Paneta, an older woman cleaning the coffee counter kept slamming items and acting very irritated, even though customers were right there. Everyone noticed, and it created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Management should address this.

Ever wanted to wait until Christmas for your order to be done? Check out this Panera! How does 2 sandwiches take 20+ mins after the order time posted? 0 communication with the workers about an extra wait, instead they just ignore you at the drive thru so every poor soul is trapped behind you with the same result. Literally took so long I had to leave without my food to make it to my concert in time.

They constantly prepare orders wrong, and often forget entire parts of the order. I once ordered a Chicken sandwich, and a drink. The drink? Missing. The chicken on my CHICKEN sandwhich? Also missing!

Fresh food and good soups…but every time I eat here there are multiple dirty tables, dirty dishes piled so you can’t even get yours on the area. Too bad
