IHOP is truly an amazing place to indulge in pancakes! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly smiles. The variety of pancakes they offer is impressive—whether you’re in the mood for classic buttermilk or something more adventurous, there’s something for everyone.
We decided to order a combo meal, and it did not disappoint. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, perfectly complemented by the rich, flavorful maple syrup, which is definitely the best I’ve ever had. It’s a game changer that takes the experience to a whole new level!
The service was excellent as well; our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in providing a great dining experience.
We live close by, so we took a nice walk to the restaurant, which added to the experience. If you’re looking for a cozy spot to enjoy some fantastic pancakes, I highly recommend visiting IHOP at least once. You won’t regret it!

Walked in on Saturday morning and was seated right away. Our waiter Oscar came to take our order soon after. He was wonderful. Friendly and so polite! Promptly took our order and food came out quickly. Everything was hot and delicious!

On dec11th 2025 I placed a pick up order online (paid) totally forgot to pick it up, was feeling hungry the next day went into location on St. George in, middlesex county. As I was being seated I ask to speak to manager to inform them about my error yesterday, if possible if can get it today, the king waitress said she has to ask her manager, manager Rick comes to my table shouting, saying he can do that i should’ve taken my food, he proceeded to shout saying what if all customers do that, me & my friend are the only black ppl here may I add, I felt disrespected & humiliated. So beware guys

I’ve always been a fan of IHOP and this one does not disappoint. We were immediately greeted and seated by our host/server Michael. He has friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean, as was our booth. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to offer suggestions on what to order and availability of substitutions, if we didn’t see exactly what we wanted on the menu. The food was as ordered, hot, and in a timely manner. Oh, and we wished we saved room for dessert.

I’ve been here several times not because I like it, it’s because I’ll come with a friend or family member if they want to come and try to give this place multiple chances. The food is ALWAYS somewhat warm or cold NEVER HOT. They CAN’T EVER get my eggs right to save their life.
Today I asked for Turkey Bacon it was Sooo burnt. I told the waiter and he said that’s How we make it because it’s the only way smdh. The Potatoes was dry. My daughter looked at my plate and laughed. She said “Mom your WHOLE plate looks dry” lol. My Lemonade drink has black speckles floating in it. My waiter was awesome but the FOOD SUCKS.

Nice. Well based on the reviews we took a chance and this place was friendly and food came out quick even though busy. Presentation and taste was really good and service was good. Defiantly a good place to stop in for breakfast.
