What an electrifying eatery in an equally amazing venue! My cousin and I were famished and we took lol advantage of the menu and all it had to offer!
Started with some octopus and some shrimp cocktail for appetizers! Well, I wasn’t a big fan of the octopus. The shrimp cocktail was phenomenal. They were large and very good tasting and nicely chilled and they and the cocktail sauce was homemade and fantastic. The table next to us said that the ribeye was the go to a piece of meat to order so we ordered that and we split that we also were told that the lobster mac & cheese was good however, the cheese seemed a little minimal to me, but the flavor was good. We also got mashed potatoes, which were deliciously creamy and buttery and for dessert we had the carrot cake and it was exquisite. we left incredibly satisfied and bellies full.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was incredibly elegant. Would be a go to for any date night.
The woman on piano was very subtle and not trying to overpower and vibe.
10/10 will go again!

Absolutely decadent!!!!! Great service, beautiful restaurant. The Filet was cooked to perfection! Great vibe! And the chocolate cake is a must!!! Dined late right before close and the bartender/server was still kind and attentive! Must try if you’re staying at Virgin hotel!

Dined with a work team to celebrate a successful event, no regrets! While it is right off the casino floor, once we entered, a classic yet updated steakhouse vibe took over. Everyone ordered different cuts, and they all came out expertly prepared and with a crunchy sear. Highly recommend the asparagus spears on the side, and the skinny fries were perfect.
The bar is beautifully appointed, nice match for the classic vibe, and the whisky menu is sufficiently extensive. This is by far the best bar in the Virgin.

Went here for my birthday while in Vegas. Very satisfied with the service, the food was amazing and it was an easy find in the Virgin Hotel. We will be back on our next trip out!

The atmosphere is upscale without being stuffy, modern, and comfortable. Service is attentive, knowledgeable, and well paced. Staff clearly knows the menu and does a great job making recommendations without overselling.
The food is the real highlight. Steaks are cooked perfectly, well seasoned, and high quality. Sides are thoughtfully prepared and shareable, and the overall menu feels refined rather than generic. Everything came out hot, on time, and exactly as ordered.
The location inside Virgin Hotels makes it easy to access without dealing with Strip chaos, which is a big plus. It feels like a destination restaurant rather than just a hotel amenity.

Another hidden gem! We sat in a lovely booth near in the quiet back dining room adjacent to the front bar. Food was so very good I could have licked my plate. We were impressed! Located inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas – near center pit & high limit room.

First off, John(staff member who served my drinks) he was awesome throughout my whole experience there. I ordered a huge steak that was cooked to perfection, even the asparagus was great. But besides the super good food, John made the experience there top notch. I wasn’t dressed correctly for the restaurant but John didn’t treat me any different than anyone else, so shoutout to him for his outstanding service. Man deserves a raise just for being a awesome

This is a beautiful steakhouse in Virgin hotels. I chose dinner here in my 1st night. It wasn’t too busy. Upon arriving, they gave a complimentary drink that was nice. I forgot the name. The complimentary bread with beautifully presented but it was a bit hard on the outside. The drinks were good. We ordered the Cloud Nine and One & Buzzed. Both were really good. The tiger shrimp appetizer was banging! They were seasoned and fried to perfection. I also ordered the lobster pasta. It was pretty good but I could have a used a bit more sauce. Not a huge deal and I would order again. For sides, I went with Brussel sprouts and they were very tasty. No complaints for a nice steak dinner in Vegas.

I was here for a work event. The restaurant is nice and upscale. I ate a Caesar salad, crab cake, and the salmon with fingerling potatoes. Everything was very flavorful, tender, and juicy. The salmon was the best I have ever had. I will be coming back for sure.

Hadn’t been to Virgin Hotel since it was The Hard Rock so we decided to try the steakhouse. Reservation was easy to obtain. We happened to be going on EDC weekend so I’m thinking that’s why the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. The service was great along with live music which I love. We sat in the front bar area instead of the dining room. The lighting and atmosphere was nice here. If you sit here, it’s a little bit on the louder side because of the music.
The Lychee martini (don’t remember the name) was excellent! It’s a must if you like sweeter cocktails. We split the salad chopped salad which had shrimp, white beans and a basil vinegarette. It was very light and refreshing. I had the Hanger steak medium rare and was extremely impressed with the flavor and the cook on it. Banana cheesecake – SO good!!! Definitely worth the visit!
