The ambiance is excellent after a long day’s work. The menu is limited. Not too many choices for sides. Parking is on the street out front or enter through the hotel.

I recently dined at Dizzy restaurant and unfortunately, I must say that my experience was rather disappointing. The menu listed quesadillas that were supposed to come with guacamole and pico de gallo, but when my order arrived, both were noticeably missing. It was quite disappointing to not have those essential toppings that were clearly promised and uploaded on Google Maps picture shared by owner. It turned out to be completely dry, I even asked to see if they had Sour Cream and it was a no.
To add to the frustration, the wrong drinks were brought to our table. We had specifically ordered the AMC Old Fashion which was their local take (Mocha Almond and bitters), instead I received a simple old fashion without bitters . The mix-up made us question the attention to detail and accuracy in the restaurant’s service.
Furthermore, we decided to try the flatbread, which sounded enticing on the menu. However, to our surprise, it came with an honey mustard sauce that was not mentioned anywhere in the menu. While some may enjoy surprises, it felt misleading and left us unsure of what we were actually ordering.
Despite these shortcomings, I must commend the staff for their excellent service. They were attentive, friendly, and respectful throughout our meal but never to rectify the issue.
Overall, I was disappointed with my visit to Dizzy. The lack of guacamole and pico de gallo in the quesadillas, the mix-up with the drinks, and the unexpected sauce on the flatbread left a lot to be desired. The overall experience was not up to par with my expectations of any Marriott restaurant. I also attempted to order two burgers for my guests at around 9:20 PM and I was told the kitchen was closed because a party of 13 people had arrived. This was 40 mins before it was supposed to close leaving my guests hungry Uber doesn’t deliver in this town. This is day 1 of my 3 night stay, hope it gets better, but it’s not looking good.

Nestled in a small lazy southern town filled with many transits, this is the only place you can depend on to be open every night of the week and get a meal with the kitchen open until 10pm every evening besides Sunday; besides when the kitchen closes an hour early on Sundays. This is the only restaurant/bar in Cheraw that has a license to sell alcohol on Sunday’s, let alone be OPEN ON SUNDAY AND MONDAY in this beautiful small southern town. With the newly implemented rest./bar management in the last year, the venue (open to the public) has been gaining popularity for their clean and upscale ambiance as well as their flavorful food options that are available later than any other business in the area. I highly recommend checking out this location out a for formal OR casual evening out. Enjoy!

I was in town with family last week and we ate here several times. The margarita flatbread was our favorite. Another restaurateur in the area told us they come here for the wings which were hot, crispy, and delicious. We also enjoyed the carbonara and steak which was cooked perfectly. Every night here was a good one. The drinks were creative and very tasty. The staff was very accommodating. They all worked hard. Megan was awesome. The chef even made a couple of appearances to make sure we had terrific food and a good night. Even the other guests were friendly, to be honest!

We were in town for the wedding of a dear friend and went to Dizzy’s with other out of town guests and had a blast. One night we ate dinner. The food was good, but the service and incredible. The dj was fun. The owner is so accommodating! Go visit!!!!

This is a not so hidden gem you really should check out. A nice upscale jazz bar at down home prices. New management and they’ve completely revamped the menu! Everything is brought in fresh and cooked to perfection. I’ve had several meals there recently and they are simply outstanding. Even something as “simple” as cheesy garlic bread made my eyeballs roll back in my head it was so good!
New staff is super friendly, from Richard the mixologist to Meagan your friendly neighborhood server, the upscale feel of Dizzy’s is a great place to go for the evening… whether it’s a dinner date or a family meal – and it won’t bust your wallet. Great food, generous portions, and a fair price.
Several TV’s at the full service bar for watching games, too!
Lots of new live entertainment like live music and trivia through the week also…
