I ordered honey hot wings from this establishment and was given Buffalo hot instead. I didn’t realize the mistake until I made it all the way back to my room, so I had to return to get the correct order. When I brought it to their attention, the cook simply poured honey hot sauce over the Buffalo wings. When I asked if the order was actually corrected, he told me that’s “basically how they’re made,” but the Buffalo flavor was still overpowering. It was clear he didn’t want to fix his mistake.
I had my heart set on these wings, especially since it was my first time trying Debo’s Corner, but unfortunately it will also be my last. Very disappointing experience.

The food was delicious. The burger tasted as if I was back in the country eating a burger from the grill. Five guys move over Debos is a real gem here in Jackson. And not to mention they are opened very late.

Worker was outside in car. No customer service need to clean and detailed inside and out. Very overpriced. Food was not good I had the nachos cheese was not good like nothing was good! Heating stuff up in microwave is not good for fresh! Then it’s a no refund policy.

Putting parsley all over it don’t make it better… $12 cheese steak sandwich w/out fries…I expected too much. Not a bad sandwich but cook it with the cheese don’t just put it on top of cheese. And seriously chill out with all that parsley.

I call in every time and it still takes an hour for my food!! The lady with the braids or twist has no customer service at all. Let me know what is going on with my order please. This my 3rd time coming here and I like the food but OMG the wait and the customer service is not good!! She never came to great me or anything. Her attitude is horrible!!

So here’s the deal. I love Debo’s.
Great menu! Food is good! I love the location and the hours are the best!! I wish the best for this business, and everything about this place is great EXCEPT one person who works there.
There’s a Caucasian woman who works during the day and leaves around 3 or 4.. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A BAD LOOK FOR BUSINESS.
She talks recklessly to customers. Ignores calls because she doesn’t want to take orders. Gets attitudes with customers. And I’ve personally been TEXTED by her from the business phone asking me to hurry and pick up my order so she could clock out. I get hungry before 4pm, but will never order from here until AFTER when I KNOW she isn’t there. The man who works at night and the other young lady with glasses I believe, are AMAZING. Always polite, attentive, and kind! But one bad apple can spoil the bunch, and that lady working during the day needs to GO!

Doordash and that place almost made me throw up because I pick up food and it stinks in there. The outside of the building is not clean. ALSO, we the person had to confirm the order it was like she was cooking with her hands. She had food all over her hands. I had to sanitize my phone.
