I’ve been eating Subway for years, and honestly, it’s disappointing to see how much the overall quality has gone downhill compared to what it used to be. This visit was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the customer service was genuinely nice. The staff was polite, patient, and made the sandwich exactly how I asked, which I do appreciate.
However, the biggest issue was the bread. It was not fresh at all—dry, slightly hard, and tasted stale. Fresh bread used to be one of the main reasons people chose Subway, and when that’s missing, it really affects the entire sandwich no matter how good the toppings are. The vegetables and cheese were fine, but stale bread overshadows everything.
Subway used to feel like a reliable, fresh option, but lately it feels like the quality has slipped while prices have gone up. That’s frustrating as a long-time customer. Good customer service helps, and the staff did their part, but the food quality—especially the bread—needs serious improvement. I hope this location and Subway overall take freshness more seriously again, because that’s what built the brand in the first place.

We ordered two 6 inch. One cold cut and one sweet onion chicken. We did not receive our chips. They had chicken on the cold cut and tried to hide it. That can put people in the hospital. Cross contamination is no joke. I’ve never been so mad at Subway this bad. They sucked at this location. Never going back. Not satisfied from the slightest.

This subway is terrible. The younger person has an ok attitude, but the supervisor Yami or whatever her name is has an extremely poor attitude and doesn’t know how to talk with people. My receipt added a tip, and when I said, hey I didnt add a tip, she said, ‘oh, it tells you on the screen, you have to read before you pay’. Yeah, I did read, and it didn’t ask me about a tip at the time. It simply told me my total. Also, they dont open on Sunday’s at the correct time. Very poor quality store. I wish it was a McDonald’s!

I purchased the meal of the day. Comes with a 6in sandwich, chips, and a drink. Well the fountain drink only had 2 options. Water and Dr. Pepper. Didn’t know that until after I purchased. The young ladies at the front told me they couldn’t substitute a bottled drink or a slushy. They contacted their manager and was told the same. I asked for a refund of the drink. I was told they couldn’t do that either. I asked for corporate number. I was given the number and when I asked for the manager‘s name, I was told I couldn’t have the managers name because they cannot give out personal information. Customer service is really lacking. I should never been so the combo if there was no drink available.

Came in last night, a little skeptical because of the previous reviews, but these guys exceeded my expectations, very friendy and they even labeled each sub.

The girl made a sandwich I did not ask for and I didn’t notice till after I had paid for a $12 sandwich.
She lies straight to my face telling me that they no longer offer the sandwich I asked for which is a lie. According to SUBWAY they absolutely do. It is also one of their classic sandwiches(according to SUBWAY)
The sandwhich she made I would never order because it has 2x the cheese and I’m lactose intolerant and can only have small amounts of cheese at a time.
I already contacted corporate because this probably means it is not the first time she has done this to someone and is trying to get the percentage tip. Deceptive behavior.
So please watch your back.

Waited in line for 10 minutes for one person in front of me to get helped, just to be told they are out of meatballs at 7:00pm on a Saturday night. Absolutely awful job of the employees to do their job until closing and absolutely awful job by management to get them trained. But what can you expect from this new generation of workers, I guess. I will be making the extra 20 minute drive to eat Jimmy Johns from now on. Maybe I’ll just open a franchise in Zebulon to finally out these “owners” out of business.

These young workers need to be trained more. First of all large lids won’t stocked. Asked politely for one and they act so clueless. They said they had to call a manager on the phone to find them. Last week the soda went out so I asked them if they could change them. Again so clueless. I literally had to get something else. Some of them look like they hate life and give me the rudest looks ever. I should not stand at a register for 5 mins for there mistakes and I know the person that was at the register has been working there for over a month. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE !!!

Was super hungry for lunch and went to the Subway in the Walmart, a little disappointed they didn’t have any pickled onions like at my regular Subway but staff was respectful and made my sandwich perfectly. Loved the red headed girl, she was very nice and let me know about the deals and how to scan my app, and she was super pretty. 8/10 would go again if I am in the area.

The employee acted like she hated her life, her job and me. She barely put any meat on my sandwich..there was actually more mayo than meat! So sad..I use to love Subway. I mean we paid $24 for 2 footlongs, which would have been better if it was more than just bread.
