Very disappointed in my visit to this Rapid Fire. We used to frequent the one in Milford and decided to come to Eastgate since Milford has since shut down. Upon entering the staff did not acknowledge us until about 1 minute of standing at the ordering counter despite them walking around behind the counter. Once an employee walked over she stared at us waiting to order with no greeting. My boyfriend told her he wanted a pan pizza and she began making a thin crust with red sauce. Confused, he asked her if it was a pan thinking maybe it was different than the Milford location and she told us it was thin crust so he asked her if he could have a pan. She threw the pizza that had crust to the side and grabbed a pan, put maybe half a spoonful of red sauce only on the middle and didn’t even distribute the sauce evenly. She never cracked a smile, apologized, nothing just completely rude and straight faced to us and every other customer. The two more employees we encountered also never cracked a smile just acted like we were a burden for being in their restaurant. Once the pizza came out, his bacon was completely burnt to the point he didn’t even touch another slice. I will compliment this restraint on their cleanliness but other than that, we will not be back.

Amazing job. I stopped in because I needed a gluten free option. From the moment I ordered it, they were super attentive to making sure it was safe for me to eat, and let me say – amazingly delicious as well. I only regret that because I’m visiting town today that I won’t be able to eat here more often. Great job!

The pizza is really good, especially sense you’re seeing what you get! The pizza is cooked, well, rapid fast! In about 3-5 minutes i got my personal pizza! The store design is really cool, a hufe choice and variety of food and drink, (they even have vegan cheese) lots of tv’s with different channels. Overall, i really like the place and fully recommend it if you’re looking for a quick, delicious, filling meal.

10/10! I’m vegan, and it is SO hard to find good vegan pizza around here! They have Follow Your Heart cheese, and the girl at the counter offered to change her gloves so there was no chance of cross contamination. When I picked up my order from the counter, the girl told me that she even used a clean pizza cutter so no dairy or meat would touch my pizza. I really appreciated the extra effort, and the pizza was DIVINE!! I will definitely make the trip over to this side of town again!

Staff was very nice, they confirmed that the Pesto sauce didn’t contain garlic. Before we knew it, our pizzas were ready! Thin crust, perfectly crispy and ingredients cooked just right. These were the best pizzas we’d had in years. Additional sauces were available and kept on ice. Pleasant music, not blaring. Very nice place. Highly Recommend

They have 2 sizes and 2 types of Crust.
Their toppings are top notch.
The Hawaiian with their habanero dip I delicious.
I must say it’s a must try.
Spicy sauce with bacon ham and a sprinkle of sweet .
Very good.
The thin Crust is a lil thicker than some places but still better than any delivery place.

My kids love it here. They love to build their own pizza. I like the fact that they have keto options (since I avoid breads)! Clean location and friendly service.

Fantastic food. Friendly staff. The only negative from my perspective was the paper / cardboard circle on which the pizza and calzones are served. It’s lightweight with no friction. Any sudden change in direction or uneven movements could easily cause your food to end up on the floor. That said, the food is good enough to make you WANT to eat it off the floor.
So step carefully on your way to the table, and enjoy.
**UPDATE**
This is long overdue. The cardboard circle tray method has been replaced for quite some time. Now, your dine-in pizza is served on a metal sheet. Way more stable and secure. My friend and I made this our Thursday lunch spot for about a year and a half. The staff knew us and what we ordered (usually gluten free crust with gobs of veggies). I loved going and knowing that they already had my name written down on the paper before I even spoke. We’ve been exploring other restaurants to keep variety, but every time we go back we have a great experience.
A few tips from a pro: You can ask for any pizza “well done.” I especially prefer the gluten free crust with that extra crispy edge. Also, if you like spinach on your pizza, ask for it BEFORE the cheese. It will keep it from drying up.
I’ll update again in a few years when they add a cauliflower crust 🙂
