I am only giving 2 stars because 3 out of my 4 piece original chicken seemed to be fresh BUT my other food was completely disgusting, ordered the hot n spicy Mac and that was cold, also ordered the all new M bowel with cheese curds fries gravey with chicken and it arrived with 4 pieces of chicken only 2 cheese curds and no gravey well maybe a little at the very bottom well let’s just say it was ALL COLD as well. I am sure I will be ordering from another location from now on. I would love to add a picture but my review will not let me but I will find a way to do it and I’m sure you will know what picture is mine once you see it.

Do not shop at this location! Me and my family have been coming here for years to get the same order every time last time they told me that I had to call ahead to get the order which is understandable because it’s a tall order. This time I went to go call them to make the same order and they told me that they flat would not do it. I asked the guy why can’t you do it and he replied that it’s a lot of chicken and it would take too long. I then went over to the West Jordan location on 90th South and Redwood and ordered the same thing the staff was very friendly and had me out of the door in 20 minutes. Do not I repeat do not shop at the Cottonwood Heights location KFC their customer service has gotten terrible.

The food was not good this time around they put too much corn on the mashed potato bowl which is the famous bowl and the they had a lot more gravy in there than you would think That’s why I gave him a one-star rating sorry guys but the KFC and Jordan landing is a lot better

Loving the new look of this store!
Giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because:
(1) they made a slight mistake in the order (went there around 11:50 am)…gave me mashed potato instead of coleslaw even after I reminded them.
(2) this location no longer has the “grilled” chicken option, only the “original” one 🙁
Other than that, nice clean place to have some delicious chickens w/ friendly service 🙂

They didn’t know the difference between a breast and a thigh. Their biscuits were hard as a rock and the nasty nasty manager. Melanie was just rude and difficult.

No! Don’t eat here! I should have known better but I stopped in thinking the crispy chicken nuggets would be worth it, nope! Spent $13 on the combo. The fries were good. The “nuggets” were small and gross and hope chicken. Total rip off! I could have paid a lot less at any other national chain and got a lot more and better. Won’t make that mistake again.

Was really impressed with the remodel of the restaurant and the service was spot on. I forgot to take pictures of the restaurant) We got some really yummy chicken from here, with mashed potatoes!!! My husband found the chicken sandwich to be interesting and tasty!!
