I didn’t receive what I ordered, nothing like the description and when I went back to tell them what I had ordered they simply told me that’s what I had ordered if their menu says what it contains. this was 2 meals combo, From 20 dollars. I ordered pork and steak. They didn’t add pork or anything else that their menu shows.

Truly delicious food. The whole team was kind, fast, and the whole experience felt like we were valued customers (as I’m sure everyone who eats here feels the same way too!). The food had generous portions and was perfectly cooked. Whole family is so happy with our experience!

Chicken was excellent, short ribs were okay. When I got home there was No macaroni salad so it wasn’t a complete meal I was Not told they were out of macaroni salad and would have not placed an order. When I called the call wasn’t answered and the owner called back later. I found him to be arrogant acting like it was no big deal to substitute a side. He asked me the same questions over and over and said they would still be out of macaroni salad the next day. I find that poor management and unfair to the consumer. I was the one who did not get what I paid 28.00 dollars for with the order. It is no way to run a business to run out of menu items and it’s certainly not good for business to insult a customer and to be condescending .

Sooooo good~~~~~ Must must must must try. 1000% recommend. Whole fam loved it. We was dying of korean food and kimchi. We from NY and we’re korean so our taste buds a bit more sensitive to spices. Oh, but this place hit the spot. You must must must get their bowls and their fried dumplings. We loved their kimchi. I spilled a bit while shaking and the server came out to fill my bowl again, it was my fault, I was good, but she insist. She filled my bowl, I scraped that bowl clean. I will drive all the way from airport to this spot for this bowl. SO WORTH the 40 min drive.

i’m not usually the type to make reviews, but i have loved shaka shake since they have opened. i’ve been going to their food truck for years now. i get it at least once every week if im able too. i truly love how friendly the staff is and how good the food is. it’s so good and i love all the variety they give you. my personal favorite is a small grilled chicken bowl with spicy mayo 🙂

Very tasty! It was a bummer they were out of a few items, but that is a testament to how delicious the food is. The guy that took our order was awesome. He was apologetic for running out of the macaroni salad. We will definitely be back to try the options we missed.
