This morning, my third time in Winchell’s on Imperial Way in Lynnwood. The lady at the counter didn’t greet me but, did to the customer after me. My purchase was $52.04 and while I was going to wait for my order I asked for the bathroom code. The customer service lady refused to let me use it saying it was dirty and couldn’t be use. My order took long, so I went back and asked to use the bathroom again. She went to open it with an attitude! To my surprise, it wasn’t dirty! I won’t go back anymore. The service was awful,long wait, the tortas were cold and dry. It was very disappointing that after making a $52 purchase I couldn’t use the restroom as a courtesy! Overall the service was horrible.

Nice clean store. They have a bathroom as well so that’s a plus! I got the ham ,egg and cheese bagel. It was really good. I also like the coffee here and the good thing is it’s always the same at every location. The donuts are super fresh the staff are pretty cool too. I would definitely come back to this place . The service was pretty fast also.

Horrible customer service! Today I came in to order donuts & I was inside first as the customer .. an elderly lady came in & stepped in front of me although I was there first so I said “ ma’am I was here first ” she ignored & proceeded to order. I let the lady who came to take my order that it was very rude that I was here first & had been waiting & she just took the other person order & brushed me to the side. Customer service 0/10. Communication 0/10

I bought donuts to go on 1-21-26 at around 8pm but I was given old,hard and unflavored donuts this is not ok and to top it off the girl that attended me had an attitude for no reason. I will not be going here again they can keep their old donuts

Never order online again used Uber eats app to order then arrive and the person at the drive thur says that they don’t have a order. she then asked if I was at the correct address so I confirmed the right location so I canceled my order because it wasn’t ready so why was I charged a fee for the food being made if it wasn’t.
