I place an order over an hour before i needed to pick it up. I show up. Its not ready. I get a notification that its ready ten minutes later walk in and they cant find it. They ask me what I ordered and ask me to wait 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later they had me the pizzas. I get home and they are raw. Not cooked all the way. I ve got a crying kid that wont eat it. Ruined the night. Worst experience. Absolute amateur hour going on over there. I never leave google reviews. Please avoid this location. I wasn’t the only one in there with a lost order. Complete joke.

What’s going on with the Little Caesars employees? The closing time is 10, and I arrive at 9:10. I order a pizza, and they tell me they won’t make it because they’re about to close. And with 50 minutes left, they say they’re closing at 9:30, as the person serving me says. Please fix the hours on the website. And they tell me they only have reheated food for now.

I’m only giving 1-star because I can’t leave zero! This location is the worst! Nothing is ever “Hot-N-Ready”, they should change it to “Never-Ready”. I’m currently standing in the lobby, I ordered two boxes of Pepperoni Crazy Puffs and paid online at 5:55pm. The email said to pick it up between 6:18pm – 6:23pm. There is one dude here and hes had to turn customers away from ordering because he’s so behind. If he’d use the time that he’s been talking on his cell phone to call for help from a manager or something, maybe my order would be ready. At 6:18pm, he hadn’t even started it!!!!

I won’t be back to this location and I’ll tell everyone I know not to come here, they’d be better of making it themselves at home!!!

They removed my review from earlier somehow but I wanted to be known this place is trash. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen and the same with the workers. There’s nothing hot and ready about this place. The workers don’t know the first thing about customer service or good hygiene practices. I called to make sure they had some hot and ready breadsticks and then sent my son in to grab them and he ended up waiting over 15 minutes while the two guys sat in the back and straight ignored him while there was bread sticks cold and ready in the oven just sitting there.. it’s a shame because I’ve been going to this place for 20 years and since they got the new owners the place is gone downhill for sure… Not going there ever again, you shouldn’t either… Trust me

It’s almost comical… Their whole thing is hot and ready to and cheap. We all know they’re not “Good” by any standard, but even if you expect mediocre pizza, this place underperforms. Their pizza is drastically under topped. Check the cheese pizza I included (it’s the cheese sauce pretzel crust because I can’t eat their normal sauce). There’s a good amount of the pizza with straight up no cheese on it. And where the cheese does exist, it’s crazily thin.

You’re better off going somewhere else. Until these folks can figure out how to make pizza that’s at least mediocre.

Honest truth place is a joke nasty,bad costumer service,long wait for pizza to be made…delivery service is beyond horrible.
Workers don’t have any experience in how to treat a costumer.
Place looks dirty same as the workers.

The lunch special wasn’t ready as advertised. The employee working the front was less than responsive. I had to wait over 4 minutes while he stood working on an order without even acknowledging me. Finally, i got his attention to order. I then had to remind him to change his gloves if he was going to be on the phone. 1/8/2025, 12:55pm
