Stone Bru is a third wave coffee roaster and cafe operation based in Sioux City, IA. Our Sunnybrook location offers a full menu of coffee, tea, and other refreshing drinks in the cafe, as well as in the drive thru. Stone Bru serves a breakfast and lunch menu from 7 am to 8 pm daily. Our food is made to order in our kitchen using high quality ingredients. Food is available for dine in and take out, but not available in the drive thru at this time. Voted Siouxland Best Coffee for 2018, 2019, and 2020.

Amazing little coffee spot. They have bites for every need. All the basic coffee drinks and an amazing smoothie menu. The care and attention to detail in this place is evident all around! Thanks for making such a cozy place!
My group had the chai, hot chocolate and yogurt bowl which were all delightful! Love to see that mugs are an option when staying in.

The atmosphere at Stonebru is always so inviting and comfortable! For me, their COFFEE drinks are THE BEST in town! It’s a perfect place to meet up with friends, get some work done, or even have a casual date with your honey! We love it!

Placed an order online. My latte was ok, nothing special. When ordering online, the side of egg doesn’t give you the option to put how its cooked. The photo they have on there is a sunny side up egg. So i assumed thats what i would get. My egg was so burnt and was like rubber. Definitely not sunny side up. My toast also was nothing like the picture.

Went here with my family and we all got a drink we loved. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my coffee. Their coffee is strong and bold. Definitely one of the best coffee shops in Sioux City.

Came down early to grab a coffee before a meeting Had a dirty chai and a medium light roast coffee. The dirty chai was the worst that we have ever had. Over 1/2 of it was tasteless air bubbles. Not froth and difficult not a late or even a cappuccino amount of froth. I would skip this.
We tried to order a smoothie but they could substitute flavors. We were surprised as craft coffee shops are know for customer requests. We understand this isn’t always possible.
The medium roast coffee wasn’t bitter at first which was a great start. It did taste watery and had lots of grounds in the bottom. The employees were working quickly and were attentive. The overall vibe is nice. It feels like a slightly cleaner Starbucks. I would try out some of the other shops in town like Hardline. I’m not sure how this was award winning but maybe this day was just off for everyone.

If y’all haven’t had their breakfast yet you need to! Coffee is amazing and their breakfast is made fresh. You do have to go inside though to order anything off their grill which can be a pain but its delicious! So glad they open this location.

A solid coffee house that incorporates local school mascots into their signature drink names. We tried the Crusader and Black Raider, and would recommend both. Drive through line moves fairly quickly, even if it’s backed up a bit. The service was pleasant and genuine, none of that over-the-top, forced Starbucks politeness.
