Raw chicken wings. Really?! If traffic wasn’t such a hassle getting to this place I would have come back and demanded a refund. Oh also I specifically told the woman who took my order over the phone, “no tomatoes in the omelette” and what did I get, tomatoes!! Don’t rush the food so y’all can push out more orders. That’s just bad business. And also when people walk in and approach the counter, even if you’re not available at that moment to help them, it takes seconds to say “someone will be right with you”. Smh. Never again. Y’all need better structure and possible more staff to handle the demand.

This place is the most unorganized breakfast cafe I’ve ever been to. They lose orders very frequently. When you order make sure you get a name. All employees have a tendency of not knowing, remembering or writing down the orders they took. Their customer service is very poor. You’ll be waiting all night if you don’t constantly ask about your order or food.

My husband and I chose to dine in. After waiting nearly 15 minutes, we placed our order with the owner and still had to wait another 15 minutes to receive it. The food was fair but the syrup for the pancakes was watered down and had no flavor. Although it was fairly busy at the time, there were others that had been waited on well after we arrived that received their order and left before we got our food. The server used the excuse that she didn’t regularly work that section, but she was the server for the people that were previously sitting there. Overall, there’s too much going on at once. The main focus is collecting money and customer service gets a back seat.

When I walked in I noticed there was a sign posted about increased prices so I assumed the menu was updated with the increase. Well I was wrong. When I placed my order I wanted chicken tenders with fries which the menu stated was 4.95 with fries. The Asian lady who took my order stated the chicken tenders didn’t come with fries and proceeds to cross out the “with fries” in front of me on the menu. I should have known then something was fishy but I’ve been there many times and the food is pretty good. I proceeded to also order Rachel sandwich which was listed as 9.95 (it didn’t come with fries), one order of fries and half and half drink. Once the food is done she rings me up and the total came to 27.97! I said that is that the correct total and asked how much each item was , she references the sign about the increased prices and says the sandwich is 14.95, the one order of fries is 4 and the chicken tenders were 6.95. I said to her I understand you have this sign posted letting customers know the prices were increased however you need to change your menu so people are aware of the new prices. This is inappropriate and deceiving to customers. And the worst part was that 15 dollar sandwich wasn’t even that good. And for that price it should’ve included fries which it didn’t!

When I say I’m going back and I’m bringing my kids this time. My kids and I have been here for two years and never heard of the place. Such a gem! The French Toast was DELICIOUS and the grits and eggs were perfect!!! The service was so good! Definitely going back there VERY soon!
