So here’s a little secret about Arby’s.. you can order menu items and ask for no meat but add veggies and they will make you a sandwich that’s to die for. I’m vegetarian and I usually order the Greek gryo without meat and add extra veg and sauce and I am never disappointed. Very filling and they actually get the vegetarian order correct without issue. Very impressed and definitely recommend to my fellow veggies.

The food was cold, their chicken nuggets weren’t cooked all the way through. Their burgers are sausage patties. The appetizers were mid and also not fully cooked. This specific location is terrible they’re gonna make someone sick!

Food I normally great if you go in or drive thru but DO NOT ORDER THRU THE APP. The food has been cold the last two times I ordered through the app. The two for 9.99 is a good deal but this last ti.e the fries were cold and very hard. The sandwich was on a hint of warm and we are only about five minutes away. I will not order through the app again as the food is pulled too early and is not kept warm at all. Also the fries did jot taste fresh.

I’m not really an Arby’s guy, but since I moved close to this one I’ve actually found myself eating here quite often. The food is generally good and the service is as well. However, today I was extremely underwhelmed. When I got my food, the fries were cold and you could tell they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. So I went back through the drive thru and asked if I could get some fresh fries, to which they said yes.
Now this almost became a 5 star review, because not only were they accommodating, but they gave me a coupon for a free meal as well. However, when they gave me my “fresh” fries, it was abundantly clear they had just tossed the old fries in the fryer and heated them up again. I’m sure they figured most people wouldn’t notice, but when you double fry things, they become very dry, as what little moisture remains after the heat lamp torture is thoroughly eliminated. In spite of this, I still almost gave a good review, because of the free meal, but then I ate my sandwich, which was not only stale, but had a hair in it as well. So now the free meal has no value, as I will likely never eat there again. 2 stars for the history of good service, otherwise 0 stars

Just wasted half a lunchtime waiting in the drive thru line,cars in line are moving 4-5 minutes per car.I’m one of four cars that left due to the abnormally long wait.
Won’t be wasting lunchtime here again.
