Sat around waiting for our food for about 20 minutes. Watched the 5-6 employees sitting around on their phones and sipping on sodas. After another handful of orders came through they finally got up and made some food. Ended up messing up our food. Asked to have it remade. They remade it incorrectly again. Taco Bell gave me a credit to replace only the messed up food items on our next order. That’s great but we all left hungry and tragically behind due to th incompetence of the employees. If you’re considering stopping here…. choose somewhere else.

Went to grab something to eat on a road trip. Ordered at the kiosk and waited 20 minutes for food. All the employees were talking about a football game which is fine but no one was paying attention to customers as they walked in. Well after waiting for 20 minutes, they gave our order to a lady in the drive thru. There were about 4 employees and the store was so slow. You shouldn’t work in customer service if you can’t be customer friendly. Terribly slow service!!!

I had stopped in for a quick bite it was about 7 o’clock at night, and I had ordered 3 taco supremes they were $7.77 for the total. The tacos were good. Could have a little more cheese. I have eaten at Taco Bell’s for many years and the food is OK for fast food. I believe I would come back here again. I hope you guys liked my review.

Hey it’s Taco Bell. Always consistent wherever you go.. my only problem was that their menu is not visible and you had to go on a digital computer to order your food to find the menu. It was not an easy task of getting into the computer and ordering your food. The prices of gone up way too high for a fast food restaurant too and I’m not too pleased to support something owned by such a large corporation. But I was driving And there wasn’t a lot of food out here so I was hungry.

Used Drive thru to get the food from this place. The staff were able to get the food ready in no time. The payment method was slick. No issues when using apple pay. We didnt had any issue getting the food quickly since there were less people in line. The route to get to this location was wrong. We took the earlier turn to get into their parking area but we ended up near starbucks.

This used to be our go to Taco Bell, we drive from Roseburg even though we have a Taco Bell in our town.
The last few visits have been sub par for the food and the last two visits it was insanely cold in the store, would guess it was about 50-54° so eating was miserable. Three strikes, won’t be back, will just hit the one in the ‘burg.

Food wasn’t put together very well forgot all are sauces and the chicken nuggets tasted like they’re been sitting under a heat lamp and the end of a batch 3 nuggets and some bits very and the crunch wrap was mid at best and the tacos were seriously lacking filling disappointing will not go back to this taco bell

Discrimination against people without a vehicle! They closed ordering inside because they said they were understaffed and when I tried to walk through drive through, they said I had to be in a vehicle to place an order. They were so understaffed their employee was swamped taking a smoke break out front. Terrible experience!
