This KFC location in Redmond is smaller than most, with a tight parking lot that can get crowded quickly. The inside layout felt cramped, and unfortunately, the cleanliness was poor especially the restrooms, which required a PIN and were in bad shape. Service from the cashier was noticeably poor during my visit, lacking any real effort or friendliness. There is a drive-thru option, but even then, the food came out lukewarm. This is not what you’d expect from a place that prides itself on hot fried chicken. It just didn’t feel like a well-managed location overall.

I ordered food from KFC today and was extremely disappointed. The meat I received looked dark, overly dry, and completely unappetizing. I paid a considerable amount of money but couldn’t even eat it – even my dog refused to touch it. I did not expect this from KFC

They told me I need to wait for 7 minutes for the wings but i actually waited for 40 minutes and they still haven’t finished it.

Ordered for pickup and walked in for my order. They got my order wrong in multiple ways (missing items and given wrong items) and they packed it so everything was falling out of the bag. We had to go through drive through again and wait another 10 minutes for our order to get fixed. The place is really dirty, disorganized, and understaffed. The lady at the front was unable to speak well and was hard to communicate with. The food quality was semi fresh. The sandwiches were fresh, but all the sides were not fresh until after we went back to get our order remade. This is probably the worst KFC I’ve been to, and it has never improved over the years. It’s always been a bad KFC, but this night was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at KFC.

3 stars for the food. There was nobody on the front desk, food price is different in- store and KFC app. Tables were not clean. Better you order in advance and just pickup the order or use drive thru.

This was my first time going to this specific kfc and I ordered a meal that came with a mac and cheese. While I was eating the mac and cheese I noticed a hair on it and I was immediately disgusted and lost my appetite. I don’t even have black hair so it was from one of the workers. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.

Made a late night run from the hotel and was impressed with the customer service received from the employee in drive thru. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name but he had red hair. He was very friendly, helpful, and offered suggestions and recommendations. I guess we had a better experience than others.
