I ate here while on jury duty and waited in line for a few minutes and someone else enter after me and entered line. The person behind the counter skipped me and took the order of the other person first. I waited longer while being first in line for no reason. It was very disrespectful. I’ll never eat here again and I hope they never treat other guests with such disrespect

Employees was very rude. Asked how much it would be for bacon. Told them I didn’t want it because it cost to much. Went to get a soda. After seeing the bacon on the sandwich. The manager told me he wouldn’t charger me for it. But he did.because I had a regular size that I was charged 12.99 for.

I ordered on line this was my second experience with JM and all i was thinking about was it’s going to be the bomb. Because my first time ever having JM was outstanding. But my first time was ordered from Carolina street in Atlanta off Moreland ave. But anyway this second experience was horrible my bread was hard and brunt damn near. My meat was to be doubled and the cheese. Open my sandwich you guys and i was so disappointed in Jersey Mike in Jonesboro. Look like my 6yr grandson made this sandwich. Just look at the pictures!!!! I called and ask for a manager his name was Jeremiah he showed no empathy at all. His exact words were oh i have you Al the turkey we had left and the bread he couldn’t even explain why the bread was so freaking hard. He didn’t offer my money back or anything. Then he says just bring it back up here and i will remake it!!! What? Dude you think I’m going to give you a second try when clearly you didn’t care to make it edible the first time. SMH don’t eat here it’s a horrible experience. Keep going to another sandwich spot because this one here in Jonesboro is not it.

Ordered online and given a pickup time. Order wasn’t ready until 25 minutes past pickup time. One sub wasn’t made correctly, not sure it was even the right one. Bread was stale. Gotta say this was the worst Jersey Mike’s subs we’ve had.

You guys have got to do something about the service at this location. It is god awful. I regularly frequent Jersey mikes for lunch but this one I avoid at all cost because of the service. I hadn’t been in over 9 months but decided to give it another shot today since I was shopping at the Kroger nearby. I submitted my order right around the time the store opened and arrived 15 mins later to pickup. When I arrived the lights were off and there were two ladies there. One was sitting down and the other was standing behind the counter. I said hello and advised I was picking up a mobile order. Neither said anything for a few moments. Then the lady behind the counter stated they did not have bread. The lady sitting then stated they did have bread. I was confused. The lady behind the counter then stated they did not have turkey(I ordered a turkey sandwich plus paid extra for bacon). I asked for a different sandwich which was cheaper than what I ordered but there was no adjustment made to the price. Neither woman apologized for the inconvenience or told me to have a nice day even though I thanked them for my order. They both seemed very cold, unprepared and like they just simply did not want to be there. I felt as though I was bothering them by walking in. I am very disappointed by this and this will definitely be my last time ordering from this store.
