UPDATE: on Nov 11 at 9:01am I purchased the Wicked 10 count munchkins in the tin. I got the tin but the munchkins were old, hard, and cold. It was so bad that my dog turned away from them. The food quality at this location is bad. Do not eat the food.
So recently I went to get a Dunkalatté and they told me it was discontinued, which isn’t true. They don’t know how to make the blueberry cereal and milk matcha latté so you have to tell them every time. They told me they no longer do military discount. They also never have some of the syrups/ingredients needed to customize your order/drink. It is ran by mostly Hispanics so there is a language barrier depending on who takes your order.

I did a large order of donuts and coffee, and a separate order for a sandwich, hash brown, and two donuts. I received stale donuts, wrong bread for my sandwich, and my two other donuts were missing. I was helped by the store manager Sandra. She was rushing the order and did not provide the best customer service. When I called her she continued saying she wasn’t rude and blamed it on her employee. When I went after two days for confrontation, the other manager Wendy was there. She was such a nice person. She apologized and fixed my order. Mistakes happen but sometimes all you gotta say is sorry and Sandra should really learn customer service from Wendy. If I ever go back to this dunkin it will only be because of Wendy’s service!

I had a very bad experience at this Dunkin’.
The employee was being rude and made an inappropriate comment because she thought we didn’t speak Spanish. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. Very nice Dunkin’ location with friendly workers and clean bathrooms. There was also kiosk available which brought this location up another star, I would rate this Dunkin’ 6 stars if I could. Also, the hash browns were perfectly fried, not over cooked. Bless

Tried to order three milkshakes and they were nearly out of every icecream flavor. Finally ordered two cookies and cream and one mint chip and they brought out three watered down cookies and cream, they got the order wrong. 30$ and the milkshakes weren’t what I ordered and were disgusting.

Accuracy and speed. They’re generous too. I spilled my ice coffee outside, but one of the workers came outside for something else, and saw me. She then went back in and made me fresh cup of ice coffee for free. Thank you to the crew. Excellent customer service.

Used to go to this Dunkin all the time, but it’s gone downhill. Went to the drive thru last weekend and me and my partner ordered iced coffees. As we pulled away they tasted funny, almost watered down or like there wasn’t much actual coffee in the cup. I was going to just let it go but thought maybe I hadn’t stirred it. So I start stirring and see tons of coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup and spinning around was a curly hair…! I can’t believe that something like this could make it to the customer. Got home and spilled out the “coffee” and took the photos. Waste of my time and money. I contacted Dunkin corporate who gave a generic “sorry” response and passed me to the store owner. Tried calling them back today but got voicemail. Will not be going back to this location again.

Just visited this Dunkin’ Donuts employee was really impatient, finally got our donuts and drove away the chocolate frosted donuts were put in a bag the chocolate frosting all over the inside of the bag and not the donut and they were not the right donuts the drink was supposed to be a hot chocolate but it was a coffee we turned around and came back and asked for the correct donuts and a box and we are told we can not have a box and we got donuts in a bag again. Will never be coming back.
