Horrible experience at this location run under the most unprofessional GM!!! I used the kiosk to order my sandwich, and asked for a spread on the side.
This is what I got. Since we were traveling, I called the store and prepared pics to send to ask for my $ back. Kathleen the GM picked up and proceeded to tell me I didn’t select on the side when I double checked that I did as habit now! Then she tells me I have to bring it back to get my money back because it’s company policy. This is also a lie.
Nevertheless we weren’t yet too far away so I took it back. I showed her the sandwich, got no apology or any remorse.” Just ok we can make it again, and you want the spread on the side? “
I’m yah!
By this time I had enough, and just wanted my money back. She went back and came back and told me she canceled it.
What?? No receipt nothing just take her word for it. After the attitude I didn’t trust this GM.
I asked how long will it take to get my money back,
She rudely said “I don’t know”
When I pressed for a receipt she asked me to go back behind their work space to take a picture of their computer screen.
Never experienced this type of behavior from a GM.
Panera has no more standards.
As business owner my self she would be gone in a second!!!

Went there last week and had chili, plastic drink lid in the bottom of my bowl. Was refunded for my chili.
Went again this week, chili and toasted cheese, waiting for my food, no one ever called my name. After about five minutes, I went up there and there my food was sitting barely warm, but one of the people getting food ready had enough time to talk to a friend at the counter for over 20 minutes!! Do better Panera!!!

After today’s experience at Panera NEVER AGAIN will I spend money at this location!! Kathleen rang in the wrong order and when i pulled back around the drive thru she had a very unpleasant tone -demanding the wrong soup back before I could receive the correct soup, Which working in the food industry and being a manger myself for years we would NEVER talk to our costumers in a rude tone or try to make it the customers fault ESPECIALLY if it was on the company! After handing the leaking soup back which also got ALL OVER my car I asked for some fresh napkins so I could wipe the soup off my hands and car. Kathleen then decides to keep the same rude tone saying “There are napkins in the bag” with a grin on her face. I then tell her “I have soup running down my hands going all over the place can I get some fresh napkins”. To finally think the unpleasant time was over with I get home and look in the banquette bag to see i’m missing a banquette to go with the soup ,I just came back for the soup .. I decided I had enough and called the store, Guess what you can’t make this stuff up. When i called the store I asked for a manger, Maximus on the phone said “uhhh ok one second” not even two seconds later the same guy goes “Actually this is the manger” I explained that i just came thru the drive thru twice and I am still missing my baguette to go with my meal and then he lies and says with attitude “probably because we ran out so we put chips in the bag” I replied that there was no chips and no one said at the window the TWO times I was there that baguette’s were out of stock! He said the only thing he could do is…. wait for it ..give me A BAGUETTE if I came back ?! Sir didn’t you just tell you were out so which one is it??( Are you even the manger ?)I got his name which was Maximus and said “Thank you for your time and hung up” The lack of customer service and integrity is lacking at this location , They made the experience so disappointing and disgusting! Hopefully they can do better or get retrained on how to do their job and work as a team. Unbelievable

The service was fast and friendly on this visit. Quite a nice departure from other locations forcing the iPad ordering. I was greeted promptly, my order taken quickly and accurately, and I even allowed an upsell. It was quite quiet even with a steady stream of customers flowing through because they were efficient.

If I could leave a zero-star review I would. The last 3 times I have visited, I’ve noticed the utter lack of anything resembling basic interaction skills or common courtesy, but my visit today takes the cake. Upon ordering my simple “pick 2” in the drive through, I heard a very audible sigh through the speaker, and a request to repeat part of the order. So I did and got “Okay. Pull up.” At the window, one employee gave me an amount and took my card, and after a couple of minutes, another employee came to the window, thrust the bag at me with no comment whatsoever, then walked away.
Look, I get it. Some jobs just aren’t fun. I’m sure those working in the food industry face their share of jerks in the public space. But if you are going to work with customers, shouldn’t you have some sort of basic skills? I’ve continued to come back thinking perhaps someone was having a particularly bad day, and I’ve even gone out of my way to be friendly. But I refuse to go back. I’m not going to spend my money to be treated like an inconvenience.

WORST experience, ever!!!! Literally out of all breads except bagels! What the heck are you supposed to put your sandwich toppings on!? And you’d have to pay extra for them!! I pulled up to pick up my very altered and minimal Choice food, only to be told no chips and they can’t substitute to give me a free freaking drink! The Young manager stands behind her and says all he can do is offer me apples. Really!? The thing I can go in my fridge and grab right now. And you wonder why Panera is doing bad. $23 for an altered sandwich and apples! #dobetter #neveragain

did not say “have a good day”…both times after a super sub par experience (no common courtesy) and you can sense annoyance in his voice and no smile or friendly manners. It is SAD when the customer has to say “have a good one”….in return for nothing from the store I just paid money to..
anyways…I’ve called to speak with the manager to report this crappy service both times ( I rarely do this for the record but I was utterly taken aback by his rudeness) and this manager sounded very non-serious and says i’ll have a talk with him. Clearly you didnt have a talk or a good talk with him last time a few months prior.
im not trying to rat people out or be super duper picky….I’m a 32 year old whose been in the customer service industry before & its sad when an employee cannot do the BASICS (not have a rude tone of voice and say thanks have a good day). AGH…why is that so hard nowadays? Pathetic.

He talked to customers with no manners at all and made me feel completely unwelcome. It’s shocking how little respect they show to people. Atmosphere is hit or miss, sometimes it’s great, other times you’re getting started at by old men for wearing tie dye.
