I didn’t do the pickup so I can’t testify to service or atmosphere but the pictures will show you half of my food. For the amount of money I spent on the nuggets and cinnamon bites. I’d expect them to be edible at least. Instead I got 5 pieces of charcoal and some sugarless cinnamon bites. Crazy how bland they can be without the coating. I’d call and complain if I was close enough to care. Instead I hope this warns others what you might be getting

How come management can’t teach these employees how to fulfill someone with the correct order. It never fells, Southside Taco Bell screws order after order up. Doesn’t matter if you go in for a to go order, or, drive thru. I suggest you check your order before leaving. 9 out of 10 times they are going to short you food. Or, completely give you whatever. It’s always been a poorly managed.

Zero customer service. Ordered on the app, pulled up to the window, handed me my food. Didn’t say a damn word. No thank you,no anything. It’s not the first time it’s happened there. Also ordered double beef on the crunchwrap and there was barely any on it. Pathetic restaurant, pathetic service.

The employee at the drive-through was rude and indifferent. I asked for two mild sauce. He reached and threw a handful into the bag like he was angry. I only needed two so seven will be going to the trash as I am eating in the vehicle. The double beef burrito was very little on the beef and it was cold. Not the best Taco Bell I have visited.

I ordered a deluxe box with a pink lemonade and 2 soft taco supremes. First off the food was cold/barely warm and had little to no meat inside. We were basically just eating a tortilla wrap with nothing inside. This is absolutely awful. I tried to call the establishment but no answer. The cinnamon twist and chicken Tostitos were good. The lemonade tasted like water and had no flavor. Customer service was great. I also was asked to pull to the door and wait for my food because they were cooking the chalupa but everything was cold. Very disappointing!!!

I visit this location on my lunch break often and let me just say, these people are amazing! Without fail, every single time, my food is always fresh, and the staff is ALWAYS so nice. Not to mention fast service. I am truly grateful for the people who work here delivering such good service! It does not go unnoticed! Thank you!!

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten from. Eating from here only makes you want the good Taco Bell. Orders are always messed up with the wrong items and missing items. And the quality is atrocious. This is a chalupa they put in the bag (that I didn’t order). It was disgusting. Everything I order from here is disgusting. The management and crew needs to be completely changed out and corporate should take over.

Management needs to step in and fix the food here. Cheesy bean and rice burrito: the driest beans ever. Which means it’s not being kept correctly or reconstituted incorrectly. The wrong sauce was used on the burrito which means better training is necessary. This was a very slow Taco Bell and the other reviews may be telling.
