Another five star experience at my favorite Burger King!
You rule at Burger King, but you don’t rule on the app apparently. The app was telling me that my Whopper configuration is no longer available at this location, which is BS.
I thought maybe because I was ordering during breakfast time, the app was glitching so I came back during lunch hours and was still getting the same erroneous information on the BK app.
So I just went to the drive-thru, and got my signature whopper fries and a coke. Just like always, my Whopper came out exactly how I wanted it. Hot and fresh!
I don’t recognize the kids that work there now, but they are definitely on it and very polite! See y’all next time!

It was a good experience, staff was friendly. We had the opportunity to try sponge bob combo meal. Also kids enjoyed playground area.

I have no idea what is wrong with this location but recently it’s been extremely bad. We ordered from here like maybe four times, and they never seem to get the order right; it doesn’t make sense to me because you have a ticket to read off to know what someone wants. Drive-thru plus the app they still manage to mess it up. Like I wanna order from here and have it delivered but I rather not spend money and receive the items that are wrong or not receive them at all.

Worst Burger King in town. There is a reason why their rating is low, need better Manager, better Staff.l, better service. Staff laughing around rather than doing their job. They don’t know the meaning of drive through. If you need “fast food” this location isn’t the place to be. The inside lobby is always empty yet the drive through is ALWAYS slow. My Wait time in drive through was over 30 minutes They need serious change.

We sat in the drive through forever … Employees were chatting with friends inside the establishment ..I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches with cheese pickles and onions… they didn’t give us all of our food so we had to go back and get our 3rd sandwich… Then when we finally got home they didn’t put the cheese on all 3 of our chicken sandwiches which cost me an extra $6 dollars, $2 per sandwich! Absolutely ridiculous! I will not be back!!!

This Burger King has improved. Wait times, quality of food, and employee professionalism have all improved. Shout out to Sam! Whenever Sam is working upfront, things go smoothly. She takes care to address the customer upon arrival, is calm, efficient, and packages our food with care.

If i could give them zero star i will. On 2/02/2026 I came into this burger king and order a number 1 meal no onions no cheese extra pickles add bacon and they gave me a burger with pure onions and the lady told me that’s what you order even after me showing her the receipt. They kept the burger without out me even getting a burger or them remaking the burger. I pretty much paid 14 dollars for onions rings and a soda.

Great Burger King location. Restrooms are clean and available. Fast service, they served two Whopper meals in under three minutes. Comfortable and great seats. Overall, it’s a great Burger King location to visit in Spanish Springs.

Incredibly long wait for lunch but it was not the fault of the employees. There were 2 young girls running the entire restaurant. They were very friendly and patient but odviously overwhelmed. I must hand it to them they were awesome under pressure. The drive through did not stop. My 2 rodeo burgers took 15 minutes and was great. I did not see a manager maybe he/she was trying to get someone to come in but my 45 minute stay I didn’t see any other workers. I will visit again hopefully they get staffing issues resolved.

Absolute worst fast food restaurant in Northern Nevada. Service is absolutely horrible. On multiple occasions. We have sat in their drive-through for 5 to 10 minutes with no response yet they make eye contact with you when you’re at the order board.
