One of the best potstickers my spouse has ever had. Chicken was perfectly cooked, and outer layer was perfectly fried. Very crunchy, not so oily.

Thai tea was also good, just enough sugar and cold to drink in a sunny weather.

We weren’t very hungry when we visited. Will try their main dishes next time!

Great tasting Thai food from a popular food truck with a funny name. I’ve definitely been roped in and would come again to this food truck during my lunch break. The food truck location changes everyday.
I came by as a part of my Eastlake Escapade (see Other section for description of what this is).

Food
I got the crispy garlic chicken that they are best known for, according to the guy at the window. The chicken was nice and crispy in the outside and very juicy on the inside. There was never a dry bit of meat. The outside glaze is sweet, and not excessively fishy since they use a shrimp paste house sauce. It’s over a thin bed of lettuce but it’s nowhere close to being like a side of salad. Best eat the food while it’s still hot!

Atmosphere
Food truck so you eat wherever you want. The parking lot at 1201 Eastlake Ave is very safe and there is plenty of room to quickly pull in and order food.

Pricing
Prices for the portion were decent given the increase in cost of food, gas, and inflatio. The value for food is good. There’s a $0.50 charge for ALL card purchases.

Service
Excellent service. The man helping me at the window was very nice. I got there when there was no line and had my food within 3 minutes.

Other
Trucks are tucked away at the back of the parking lot so make sure to look for it!!
My Eastlake Escapade refers to my food adventures that I go on during my lunch break since I work in the area. One of the common spots I go to is the Adaptive & Bloodworks parking lot at 1551 Eastlake OR 1201 Eastlake parking lot where they host a daily rotating food truck.

Had a quick bite here during the Summer Solstice festival. I got a spicy chicken dish with white rice. Overall it was pretty good though the chicken was just a tad dry. But I’d definitely come back and try something else next time!

Disgusting. 1) Worst pad Thai I’ve ever had. On top of that I didn’t even order Pad Thai, I ordered Panang and got the wrong dish. 2) Husband’s dish had a huge piece of rotten broccoli in it. 3) Paid $6 for a Thai Tea that is the size of a Dixie Cup. Avoid at all cost!!! All of this for over $50. I want a refund.

Ordered two mini pot stickers (which is a better deal for 6 compared to 5 of normal portion size, sleazy).

They came out cold, and they forgot the side of soy sauce. Had to go back and ask for it.

Ridiculously bad, couldn’t even be bothered to microwave them. Not worth $12.

Pretty disappointed in this food truck. I ordered a cashew chicken entree ($15) and they gave me a box of veggies and rice with a small amount of chicken sprinkled throughout. Just another Asian food spot cutting corners and giving you way too much veggies/rice in an expensive, meat-centric entree.

I won’t be coming back unless the menu changes and there’s more value in what I order. TLDR; cashew chicken entree should have chicken in it!

Worst Pad Thai I have ever had. No flavor, vegetables were under cooked like they were left to sit in warm water for an hour and then served.

My stomach feels bad and I’m salivating like I’m gonna throw up. I think the food had been spoiled.

Service was nice, obviously not nice enough to give myself food poisoning though.

Excuse me while I go puke my guts out.

I was parked next to their food truck down in the Starbucks parking lot in the SoDo area & it looked dirty inside from where I was the rice cooker, counter, boxes & misc. items that were by back door also guy came out from back door & started smoking & went back in & sat on rice cooker that looked liked it hasn’t been cleaned in long time (if ever). Personally I wouldn’t eat from this food truck.
