We ordered at the drive thru 12/14/25 at 1:30pm. Our order was an original chicken sandwich with fries and a number 3 with a dr. Pepper. Got to the window and they charged $7 and change which we knew wasn’t right for 2 meals. They handed us the chicken sandwich and fries but forgot the #3 and dr. Pepper. They gave us attitude when we told them we didn’t get the #3 and dr. Pepper likeitwas our fault they forgot half the order. Then they proceeded to try and charge us for the $25 and change when we already paid for the chicken and fries. We said we were already charged for the meal we received. The manager or whatever he was said “what do you want” with attitude. We were matching energies at this point and said forget about it and drove off. Apparently working a drive thru is rocket science. If they wouldn’t have given us such nasty attitude and got our order right it or at least made it right at the window it could have been fine. Not impressed with the bullshit service. Another reason not to eat fast food.

Got my order at the counter and told the guy that I had ordered onion rings not fries. I watched him pick up the the fries that had fallen out of it’s container onto my tray with his bare hand and placed them back into the fry bin. So someone is going to get his germs! Also, I was the only person in the restaurant and they changed the overhead music (jazz genre?) into heavy metal and cranked it! No offense to heavy metal but not in a family oriented restaurant. $15 for a small combo meal? Wow! At least it tasted OK. Will never come back to this store.

Please I hope someone from Coporate read this. At this location the workers cooking your food ,never have hair nets. They will b on their phones in front of the expo then grab food. Also drinking over ever order that comes out. Contamination is real,and good food handling Pratice is definitely not in place here. Be careful I will go back just to see are there any changes. This should b disturbing to everyone that walks thur that door.

Stopped in tonight. Ordered two whopper with cheese meals no onions and a jr whp cheese meal plan. Got home, no cheese and onion for both meals. The jr cheese meal looked like someone took bites out of it. Of course no one answered the phone when I called them. The receipt that was given, the info/codes needed to go online and review were cut off. Now I know why there is never a line in the drive thru here. Do better Elkhorn burger king off of 204th and dodge!

Got an 8 piece nuggets. I come to bk all the time. Never ever ever seen nuggets so soaked in grease. I just bought a new car and now have to go get my seat detailed cuz the grease was so bad it soaked through the wrapper and the bag and seeped into my seats. Grease all over my counter at my house. Disgusting. Absolutely won’t be back. Photo doesn’t do it justice cuz I cleaned up all the other grease literally EVERYWHERE. I get your nuggets are cheap but this is a whole new level of gross.

I tried one of the new melt burgers, the picture I’m posting with this review is one of the patties I got on my burger. So I didn’t eat it, whole thing was a waste and I contact customer service for help with this. I’m told the best they can do for me is a $5 coupon for my for the burger being bad and my lunch break at work being wasted. I would recommend avoiding this location.

I liked this location up until a little while ago. The new late night drive thru guy is a JERK!! He’s snappy and rude. The food has also gone down hill, my nuggets are cold and have clearly been sitting out for a LONG time.

I was at the window picking up my order and seen
the person behind the line wiping his nose twice with his hand and fingers, he was the person doing the burgers and then he wiped it on his shirt then he took the burger out of the microwave or whatever .I had already paid for it but I told the young man at at the window what I saw he give me any response so I left. I will never go back again. Your hamburgers are pre made onion rings were ice cold this was discusting food. I was looking forward to it too,that’s not what i remember, I’ll go to Don and millie next time, what a disappointment. I will pass the word about how bad it is. I don’t ever remember them being that horrible I’d rather go anywhere.
I did eat the fries they were ok. They should have been you can’t screw them up. You should be reported to the health department. Discusting
