Best chicken sandwich in the area? Definitely.
The chicken sandwich never disappoints. It’s huge. And it doesn’t break your wallet. Beyond the chicken, there’s so many other options too. The crunch dogs are awesome. You build your own! And NEVER sleep on the crunchballs. Even if they’re out of the beef, get the veggie. Just add them to your order. You won’t be mad you did. You can seriously get so much food here for under $30.
The ambiance of this place is nothing fancy because they focus on what they do. Amazing food.
Oh and the customer service is pretty awesome too! The staff is always super kind. And the management/owners, from what I’ve seen, are pretty hands in on the business and they go above and beyond for customers, speaking from personal experience, when they can!

This food was delicious. I high recommend the fried dumplings. So good. We stayed the weekend in philly for a convention and ordered from here for dinner. We got a whole fried chicken, fried, a chicken sandwich and a crunch dog. All the food was delivered hot and crispy. They even sent another driver because the first one forgot the crunch dog. Very nice of them. It was alot of food. The whole chicken would have been enough for all of us. The fries were the best. The perfect crisp and crunch. We are definitely eating from here again when we come back.

We waited almost 30 minutes for an order of Korean corn dog, chicken sandwich, and small fries. Staff seem to prioritize the online orders that come in (which seems to be many). The worker was kind enough to bring our food to the table we were sitting at. While the food is good, I could not get past the fact that they were keeping fried chicken in tins on the shelves in the open that people were constantly walking by. I don’t think I will be returning to this establishment.

The food here is solid for the price! The combos offer a good variety, the sides are always bright with notes of sweet/sour/umami to compliment the deep fried items. Several decent sauces, too, but they definitely feel “manufactured.”
Service it isn’t the fastest and the interior isn’t the most welcoming, but overall I the food is satisfying, crunchy, and served nice and hot!

The chicken was super yummy and crispy. The flavors of the chicken went really good with the coleslaw in the chicken deluxe sandwich . The sauce that came with the ball tasted really good with the fries and would totally recommend asking for that sauce just for the fries . The atmosphere was really nice and quiet and the employees were super sweet <3

Never ate inside store. But ordered for pick up multiple times and it has always been great food. The chicken is crispy and light. The soy garlic flavor is so yummy. The wings are decent size too.

I’ve been here a few times now and figured it was time to review them. First of all the service each and every time has been fantastic, regardless of how busy they’ve been they always have been friendly and have provided excellent customer service.
Now for the food, I have tried a good portion of the menu and all the items I’ve tried have been fresh with excellent flavor/texture combinations. I took 1 star off because on one occasion the crispy rice ball was cold in the center and on another visit the popcorn chicken tasted like burnt fryer oil but this was the exception not the norm and they handled the issues immediately and ensured I was completely satisfied. I could eat here every week!

My office team had the pleasure of enjoying Crunchik’n for lunch today, and it was absolutely AMAZING! Their catering menu is fantastic, the service was top-tier, and the ordering process was seamless from start to finish. We will definitely be using them for all of our future office gatherings. Chicken was delicious! Have the perfect crunch to it with each bite. I definitely plan on coming back to get chicken for my wife and I. I ordered 5 wing (sweet chili flavored) w/ rice. I wish I’ve talked to the officer that was in line before I ordered, he was telling me to try popcorn chicken rice bowl. That’s what he alway get. But you can’t go wrong getting any chicken flavor on the menu.
