ustomer service is the worst, girls with loads of attitude. If my 9 year old can tell you’re in a bad mood and rude there’s a problem. Portion sizes are terrible you’re better off going to chipotle. I asked for more rice because the girl did the tip of the spoon you could see the container more than rice when I asked she didn’t even bother to do more just pretended to, when asking for more pico I was charged extra for pico shown in the picture for my 4 year old. Honestly not worth supporting this small business. The food is bland, you ask for stuff on the side they get upset, a lot of the stuff I asked for on the side was missing. She wasn’t paying attention.
Customer experience is not worth it. Go somewhere else you won’t miss out on a place like this. The owner should focus on training employees better and showing them customer service skills.

I placed an online order at 8 and arrived at 8:20. My order wasn’t ready (a bowl and side of rice), which is okay I understand, because they needed make more rice and said it would be a less than 5 minute wait. The rice was made and brought out but the girls behind the counter continued to talk to each other. A girl finally started my order after 10 min of waiting but seemed to have an attitude, and I noticed they kept pulling items from the back and were more focused on cleaning and closing down than finishing up orders. The girl handing me my order seemed very short and rude, in comparison to the other customer she continued to have a conversation with the entire time i was waiting. When I got my food, it was completely soupy and mushy. Don’t take orders if you plan on closing an hour early.

I’m very disappointed. I drove a long distance based on their reviews, and I didn’t see anywhere that breakfast ends at 10:30 — or maybe I missed it. I arrived just five minutes late, and they still couldn’t make a single breakfast burrito as i was craving one? There were no long lines, and it’s not rocket science. I’ve owned and operated a restaurant myself, and I always accommodated guests even at the last minute. Overall, a very poor customer experience.

Wonderful borito and enchilada place! Huge portions and fantastic ingredients. Service was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Expect to spend about $15-20 building your burrito. Try the cactus, trust me!

Went here for lunch today and it’s was a very pleasant experience. The entire restaurant was very clean and managed. The staff was super friendly, the manager was sweet and complimentary of my baby daughter and her Valentines Day dress. Even had a Bible “Verse of the Day” below the food bar. Overall the experience was great, food was fantastic and the staff made our visit a memorable one. A+++

Food was ok, had higher expectations. Most the flavor come from the cilantro, rest was bland to me. Got the steak burrito, steak was plane and probably old. I bloated up from it typically from beef that’s has built up histamine. They seemed annoyed I took to long to decide what everyone in my family wanted to eat.
