The girl working the drive thru at 4:15 pm on march 8 was so sweet and made our drinks so so good! We got the new chocolate banana iced lattes and they were so good! Go here and give this girl a damn raise!!!

This DD has by far the worst hot chocolate I have ever had!!! I’ve been to multiple DD stores with those locations being much better tasting. Is the management or owner of these franchisees skimping to make more profits…I quit going to this one due to the poor quality of the wraps and other food… thankfully this location was out of the big boxes or I would have wasted good money on a crapy drink. Never again going to this location or any in Homestead/ Florida City owned by this franchisee.

Had to wait 20 mins for my online order and that was only because I stood in their face with an attitude. They were prioritizing only the drive through and not the online walk up orders. They also had Gatorade listed as a drink to purchase on the mobile app but they apparently don’t sell Gatorade even though it’s a Dunkin/gas station. This is the worse Dunkin I’ve ever been to when it comes to customer service and wait time.

RUDEST customer service. I wanted matcha without milk just water and matcha. It’s just matcha NO milk idk how hard that is to grasp but the guy argued with me in the drive through and refused to make it said it was against policy and he wasn’t sure how to tell the employees to make matcha with water lol I get this drink at every dunkin I go to. Today is the third day in a row, that I have been given coffee with cream. I am lactose intolerant. The sticker on my cup is correct (medium coffee with three sugars) but the coffee is in correct. I have been calling ALL morning and the number on the website keeps sending me to the voicemail. The new lady at the window doesn’t speak English and it’s becoming a problem.

This morning I went to the store to get an Uber order and the workers treated my mom quite badly, not only her but several Uber drivers despite waiting 20 minutes for her order and they ignored her, in fact, one of them told her that she was getting in the way with a very bad temper and manner and that is not right, she considers her quite vulgar to address an older person like that, I don’t know what ethics they taught her, if you are not in the mood to receive orders because they do not give you time or you are in a bad mood or whatever happens to you, then do not take more orders and get it out of the situation but the truth is that it is disrespectful to treat food delivery people like that because that is not the way to treat anyone and more than that is their job for a person to come and treat them badly despite you delivering packages super late, and in case you did not know if the delivery people’s client protests they can close your applications because of you that they cannot deliver your order on time it also lowers your levels among many things that for the

I just walked in this place 5 minutes ago some girl named Janelle what’s preparing my food on top of a steel surface which I have seen plenty of times since I’m a regular customer been clean with a dairy towel. They are supposed to have a piece of paper in between the Surface and my food but she said I’m not the one to tell her how to do her job and of course the typical nasty attitude and then keep on talking behind my back with her co-worker on front of other customers. I’ve been to this location multiple occasions and have had issues, but today. Frustrating, the initial visit there was an older woman who was very nice, and took my order no issues at all. Ordered two meals and a donut, get home and the donut was missing. Go back to get the donut, and they gave me two which I appreciate but it was just tossed in the bag, no napkin so the icing came off of the donut…aside from the mature lady rest of the staff don’t even seem like they want to work or help you. Everything’s done with an attitude, as thought they HAVE to deal with you and not WANT to.
(EVERY SINGLE TIME I GET COFFEE… iced especially… there’s so much sugar that you can literally feel the chunks shouldn’t be that much at all)
