We visited Annville high school for a tournament and chose to go to J & S for lunch. What a great idea! I am a snob when it comes to great tasting authentic homemade sub rolls, and this place was absolutely amazing. I could’ve eaten just the plain roll with nothing else, that’s how good it was. Italian sub shops in my town now all use frozen rolls that they bake in the oven or just bags of hoagie rolls from the bakery. I ordered an Italian sub with American cheese and my husband got a turkey sub. They both had a generous amount of meat. If you want an authentic Italian experience, this restaurant is the place to go. I did not try the pizza, only subs. Hopefully we return to Annville for sports again, just so I can get lunch here.

I enjoy J&S! I use them mostly for a quick 2 slices because I’m often in a hurry. The individual slices are gigantic and are relatively inexpensive. When I have done bigger orders, I have never been disappointed and the guys behind the counter are world class.

Only ever had one thing from here that I didn’t like. I eat here 4 -5 times a month. Cheeseburger sub is amazing and the chicken caesar salad. I’m updating my review and I’m add their wings along with the chicken taco salad. Yummy! Very nice family that runs it too

Our go-to pizza place! We love the hoagies & pizza from J&S. They are so good every time. My husband and I are big fans of the ham & cheese hoagie, and cheesesteak hoagie (make sure to ask for it toasted!). As for pizza, you have to try the buffalo chicken!

I like their pizza but doubtful I’d get another Stromboli. Their ham and cheese Stromboli was a ton of cheese with a hint of ham. See pic. I don’t expect 2 inches of hame but one slice seemed a bit light. They also seemed a lot more interested in watching football than cooking food.
