The staff here, especially the male guy serving, was extremely rude and barely added anything to my sub. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior at a restaurant.Definitely wouldn’t recommend eating here.

The people that work here have a bad habit of staring at women / looking at them inappropriately and that isn’t the only issue the subs we got here were disgusted we should have just declined after seeing flies behind the glass. We ended up throwing it away. Waste of money and not coming back.

I came to this Walmart to pick up a prescription and got Subway here hoping to get a really good sandwich two of the sandwiches were the same topping and one of them was different toppings when I made the order on the app, but all the sandwiches were the same and there was no sauce at all I was disappointed

Good service with good food but the only thing I didn’t like was the oatmeal raisin cookie, it was not fresh but crunchy. I decided to try 1 foot of flatbread sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich.

They were rude and were commanding to leave the line because I placed an order but I wanted another sub, they also didn’t toast and barely put anything on the sub. I do not recommend this location at all there is a place 10x better at 314 W Half Day Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089.

I am sorry to give a bad review. I go to this subway cause it is the only access at walmart. The customer service here is very unkind, unjust, not friendly and very rude. It pertains to an associate called Naresh Patel. I once asked him a plastic glass to drink water. He said there is no glass. Another time I asked him for a spoon while taking Pizza. He gave me. Immediately I asked him for a plastic fork. He told me..If you return me back the spoon I will give you the fork. When he puts the fillings in the pizza he put the smallest tomatoe piece. When I asked him to put a big one..he removed another slice of tomato from the Pizza to put a medium one. Stingy on fillings.
He is always happy without customer. He closes the subway at 5 mins to 10pm.
Is the owner hard up ..I am ready to donate or give charity ..plastic spoons, fork, plastic glasses.
There is another Patel and a lady working..they are extra decent and caring for customers and they do respect the customers. Even my friends says to me..they have all related complaints. Most of my friends keep away from coming here.
The only reason this subway survives there is because..it is in walmart. There is no other alternatives close by.
Customers should be treated like a kings.We pay money..and here I felt scorned and treated like a beggar. Hats off!

I don’t know what’s going on with subway but they are becoming very cheap. Went and ordered a wrap well their new “wraps” are flat bread. They skimped on the meat and i was charged the price of a regular footlong with a quarter of the meat! How the heck is anyone supposed to eat a sandwich from a flatbread the entire time I tried eating everything would fall out. Deeply disappointed. This is the last straw for me I used to love subway but nope you lost my business.
