I don’t know what’s going on but the food is not good anymore. The gnocchi is the size of a finger and very thick, which I know it’s not the right size for a gnocchi. It’s not cooked properly. I ordered gnocchi on garlic oil with broccoli rabe and Italian sausage. But it came this soup with fat fingers. Not good. I am starving after work didn’t have lunch and the disappointment of this after $40 with a spaghetti and meatballs which only two come with the meal is very frustrating.

I Was Very Specific with my order speaking in person to the order taker. Unfortunately I paid with cash and by the time I got home and opened up the bags and Pie, it was too late. to drive back there. Otherwise there would have been a Chargeback
1) I ordered a large White Pizza with a thin Cauliflower Crust, Ricotta, Mozzarella , Onions, Peppers. Mushrooms & Broccoli Rabe.
I received a small pan thick crust pizza gluten free pizza with tomato sauce the Veggies and Mozzarella.
2) An order of Calamari ** LIGHTLY COOKED **. it should not be curly, or rubbery,
I received overcooked rubbery calamari
3). I ordered a Penne Arrabbiata – but substitute Orcheta for the Penne. This order was not for me, but I tasted it. It was NOT spicy at all, there were a few pieces of sliced sausage cut in halves, very few onions, no hot peppers, very very light on the sauce. barely covered it and it was creamy.
IN SHORT The most disgusting food I have ever had at a restaurant that calls itself italian. Loud, Disorganized, Dirty DO NOT EAT HERE

My wife went there today to buy me the big Mac. She bought four for the family. I must say the big Mac is really good. It’s better than McDonald’s way better it’s fresher the french fries I don’t know about but the burger is very good, but that price scares me 18 bucks but it’s really good. And I always come for my slice my two slices my pepperoni and sausages they know when I come I want my pepperoni sauces but I heard him talking about how good the burger is so I went and got it today with my wife. It’s really good but the price scares me.

I am convinced people have been eating bad pizza in this area for years. Overpriced for the quality of pie I ordered. I asked for it to be well done because I like a little crunch to my pie. I couldn’t even hold a slice the flop started at the crust even with the fold. The salad should have been called dressing with a side of salad. I mean can you call yourself a pizza spot and screw up ceasar salad? I’m also convinced their desserts are store bought at Shop Rite or Costco.

I honestly love this restaurant. I always order their venetian wrap and it taste so good and healthy. On one occasion the balsamic vinaigrette was forgotten and they delivered to sauce through a snow storm to correct the mistake. I’ve also tried their penne arrabiatta and it was also tasty.

it’s nice that you can order wine by the glass
but the food is just okay, I guess as expected since it really is a pizzeria and not quite a restaurant.
free garlic knots for an appetizer was a great surprise. The Little neck’s and the clams oreganata were too small to even taste.
lobster ravioli is definitely not in a brandy sauce but more like a tomato sauce with a little touch of cream
I wish they had the tentacles in their fried calamari.

Very relaxed with a perfect variety of tasty dishes! Try the calamari… everyone at our table really loved it! The prices were excellent… very reasonable…and I live in southern New Jersey where food is usually less expensive! It was a real treat!

$3.75 for a Speciality Slice is higher side of Slices, but they deliver with a fantastic tasting Margherita Slice. This was the perfect blend of sauce, cheese and crust with each bite. The slice was so good. Loved how you got a burst of sauce each time. Parking here is very tight and chaotic. The front of tbe Pizzeria can get crazy as well with many customers waiting in one spot. But, it was all worth it. Great Job.

Good news! Fortissimo’s is now fully open for inside dining & service. This means they are bringing back their reasonably priced gourmet lunch specials. Ask for Alexis for your table service & for a fantastic dining experience. Alexis is one of the most considerate & conscientious customer service professionals I’ve ever met. She has an amazing memory & can remember a detailed table guest order of 7 people all at once. She also remembers if you had any special preferences when you ordered from a previous time at the restaurant. Alexis set me up with a nice hot meatball calzone baked to perfection. One of my favorites at Fortissimo’s. This place is great. And, She’s the best!
