My husband and I stopped by here to grab a quick bite for dinner on the way to a movie. The food was delicious! I ordered the bowl with falafel, mixed greens, black lentils, brown rice and many other yummy toppings. The bowl was super full – no skimping on the serving size. And the pita bread side was hot out of the oven.
We will definitely be back. I think the kids would love this place as well.

Decided to order here for the first time and placed an online order with a few coworkers. When i received my food this is what i got, not even half full bowl… I left work on my lunch to have them fix it and when i handed the worker the bowl she looked at me and asked what was wrong with it and what was missing… What’s wrong is I paid 15 dollars and get a bowl that’s not even half way full. She tried using the excuse of me not having any lettuce in it but I’ve been to CAVA and Roots and have never had this issue. When looking at other reviews and seeing how full their bowls are and when looking at all my coworkers bowls which were full compared to mine you can clearly tell a huge difference in the amount of food. First and last time coming here. Below is an image of my bowl and how I received it and the other image is the bowl my coworker received.

I visited Mezeh on the recommendation of a coworker. The servers were polite and the restaurant was clean. I tried the Yalla Lamb. It was a little pricey but a good balanced and nutritious meal. The food was good. I’m looking forward to a future visit and trying other items on the menu. I will continue to support this business.

The ladies were super patient and let us try some of what we weren’t familiar with. The drinks were delish too! Different! The place was empty, so we gave it a 4 for the atmosphere, but what! It was great for us since we took our time picking out toppings.

We were met at the door with a pleasant aromatic smell from inside. The spacious interior is very attractive with colorful floor tiles, lighting, and a half wall of shelving behind the serving line occupied by jarred vegetables. The serving line was clean, well-designed, and made choices easy to make. Everything looked fresh and appetizing with plenty of selections. You will choose a base layer, one protein, then whatever, and however many extras toppings after that. We thoroughly enjoyed the bowls we created. There’s another similar competitor in the area. We concluded that we preferred Mezah for its decor, its wide selection, and the quality & taste of its food.

Update 9 Feb 2024, staff started cleaning tables and emptying trash. Updated to give 2 stars, NICE! Now let’s improve portions!
Update: Owners responded to my review but DID NOT ADDRESS THE SMALL PORTIONS IN THEIR REPLY. Guess it’s not something they care about.
Review: Food is good but the portions have gone WAY, WAY, DOWN! Do they think customers will keep coming for MORE MONEY but LESS FOOD?? Go to the one in SHORT PUMP if you want to get your moneys worth! Also, EVERY and I mean EVERY time we come here the tables are nasty and the trash cans are full. I went to EVERY table and could not find a clean one. Ended up cleaning it myself even though we were the only customers in the place. The staff just stood there and watched me do THEIR JOB. At least have the courtesy to say thanks! Whats odd is when you first walk in you get the impression the place is clean but this is an illusion due to the vibrant colors used, in reality and upon closer inspection neglect seems to rule the day. To sum, food is good but SMALL portions and atmosphere is NASTY. I think it safe to say I am done with this location.

O-M-G! Super good food, super nice staff. Excellent service, large portions. If you are looking for a healthy meal composed of quality protein, fresh veggies, and healthy grains with a Mediterranean twist, look no further! My daughter has an egg allergy and I think it’s awesome that they have all of the ingredients and items on their menu listed out by special diet and allergens. They even have kids meals. It’s laid out like Chipotle where you choose what you want going down the line. They have a lot of variety to choose from. Definitely a place I’m going to be taking my family when I’m too tired to cook dinner! This is exactly what I’ve been looking for — quick, healthy, and kid-friendly food at a low(er) price point.

When delivery didn’t show up I called the place to find out what was going on. They had their phones turned off? Turned out the reason their phones were turned off was because those who are working had broken English. Not good business for your customers when the phone turned off! I placed my order through their website, and now my food is cold. Unfortunate events but I pray they get it right one day….
